My husband is 77 and just had a total knee replacement! When he got to the outdoor loading space there were 2 young men talking! He asked if they could help him load the mulch and showed them his receipt! without any response from the workers they turned their back on him and went back into the store! One on a forklift and the other followed behind! No explantation , no help! My husband loaded the mulch and potting soil with my help! Totally unacceptable! We are very disappointed as this Lowe's is just minutes from our house! We'll definitely find another store whose employees are willing to help!

I look at the tags and they expired 12/2024. I went back in and asked to speak to a manager. THE MANAGER did NOT even come out. Unprofessional already. How do you deal with a customer without talking to them directly. I bring the issue to the workers in the front and they call the manager who says "What do you want us to do" like you know yall truck tags was expired 5 MONTHS ago. I asked the employee could she call another store and see if they have one available with current tags. She called and put it on speaker and proceeded to ignore the man because she was TEXTING on her phone. After trying to get her attention, I asked could I speak to him directly. The employee at the other location was able to help. I drove there and had a wonderful experience. The guy even came outside WITH ME to check out the truck before giving me the keys.
