Our experience at Cabinets To Go in Memphis was nothing short of amazing! We'd been working with another company for months and were getting nowhere. A friend told me about Cabinets To Go so we went there one Saturday afternoon. Everyone in the store was super helpful...Heather, Mark and Tasha were all very welcoming and very knowledgeable. Mark listened to my wishes, plugged it into the computer and was able to come up with a design that literally brought tears to my eyes! Heather was instrumental in helping us to be sure to work around some structural issues in our home to ensure our cabinets would fit and function as they should. Even the delivery guys and the girl from the warehouse that calls to schedule the delivery were very professional and courteous. The staff at Cabinets to Go is top notch and the cabinets...OMG!!! They're beautifully made - out of real wood - and are less than half the cost of other places we'd shopped. My wife an I decided we wanted to remodel the downstairs of our condo. When it came time to do the kitchen price and quality were a must. We have a small kitchen and decided to remove a wall and enlarge it slightly. We shopped around at several cabinet stores in Memphis and decided on Cabinets To Go on Summer Avenue. I was contacted by Mark and we made an appointment to meet. We also needed some additional carpentry work done, so they referred us to a carpenter. We ordered the cabinets and they were delivered in the time frame they promissed. During our planning stage we had the pleasure of not only talking with Mark, but the manager Heather. There is another very nice young lady there, but we did not have any dealings with her. The cabinets have been installe and my wife LOVES them. We had a great experience with Cabinets To Go. Tasha was great to work with and was patient enough to help us go through a many choices that they have. Heather laid out the kitchen beautifully and was spot on when all the cabinets were installed. Plus, she was so helpful the day we installed the cabinets as I called multiple times for her assistance. We love the cabinets. They were easy to assemble and were very good quality. We liked the fact that the doors and drawer faces were pre-drilled for the hardware.
