Before placing our order, we requested several tile samples from the Floor & Decor website so we could see the options in our home. After narrowing down our choices, we contacted the Memphis store and were connected with Marsha Turner, a design consultant there. Marsha was incredibly helpful in pulling everything together. She helped us finalize the backsplash selection, recommended the pencil trim that perfectly complements the glass tile, and advised us on the best grout color so the glass tiles would really stand out. Her guidance made a difference in the finished result. Although we live near Little Rock, the Memphis store is our closest location since moving from California. This is actually the fourth home where we've purchased tile from Floor & Decor, and once again the process was smooth and easy. Delivery also went perfectly. The freight truck arrived with a lift gate, and the driver used a pallet jack to place the tile directly in our garage, which made unloading very easy. There was mold under the tub and they do not handle mold. I had to scramble and find someone who did mold abatement on a Friday. That wasn't their fault and they were back the next business day to complete the job after the mold abatement.
