He was courteous, professional and very personable. He worked quickly, diagnosed the problem and plainly explained our repair or replace options. Thankfully, he also did a quick inspection of our other two AC units and showed me that one had a Freon leak and was freezing-up. As far as ordering-the process was made easier by the store manager, Cesar. As far as receiving the product, which btw they have it shipped from a warehouse-so be prepared to wait, then no matter how small or big your order check all boxes as within our batch we're 2 boxes of totally different tile.that caused another week's delay for our renovation. And then there's the problem of customer service not bothering to check notes on what is paid, or what are replacement tiles. So if you're not dealing with the same person- no telling. I am just glad I had Cesar to deal with to make sure we were on the same page. Too bad he's leaving.
