Called them back and person told they don't carry a drill bit to drill through tile. Ended up telling me it was a misunderstanding but I still have a $40 drill bit that is useless. No offer of return.

I'm dealing with a 90 year old house with original fixtures in the bathroom. Everything concerning the tub and shower started leaking from every point they could. I took pictures of things, mozied on over to All Rite, showed them the photos, and these guys not only knew exactly what I had (brand names, how old the pieces were, etc), but most of the stuff they had replicas in stock (unlike the big box stores, they realize their customers probably own an old Midtown home and keep inventory to accommodate that). And they open all the packages for you, show how everything fits together, and tell you what tools you need for the job without trying to up-sell you... and they'll do everything they can to let you walk out paying as little as possible, which is amazing. The first time I went in here, I didn't know anything about plumbing and fixtures. Now I'm basically an expert thanks to these guys.

John called ahead verifying appointment time and arrived when promised. Very friendly and knowledgable. The pricing was FAIR, meaning appropriate for a licensed and insured company who has logo'd company trucks full of tools and parts. Yes, they are more $ than Joe Schmoe with a junky minivan and a cell phone but 'Joe' can often nickel and dime and quality is inconsistent. I think John did a good job, communicated well, and had a professionalism that I appreciate. On another point - heads up that there are Lead Generation companies that post to fake listings in Yelp, GMaps, and elsewhere that use the names of real companies (like Magnolia). It's infuriating to call such clowns and find out they are not the company presented but an organization that will send the work to a clown working out of the back of a dilapidated heap. Research, double check on different platforms to verify the business, phone numbers, and photos are not generic facsimiles.

The tech changed the oil and serviced the generator but did it before fixing the error and then proceeded to not be able to clear the error. Therefore the oil couldn't cycle through to prevent further damage because the engine wouldn't crank. Supposedly the service manager couldn't troubleshoot either or they just wanted to charge me $200/hr for diagnostics and the error which they thought was the control board. I do not know if they didn't know how to fix or if they just wanted to charge me more money. Simple google search said change the battery and I did that myself and generator cranked and no issues. Was trying to find a reputable company so I don't have to maintain it myself but Tim Ferguson is not that company. Very disappointing given their supposedly good reputation.

They had two technicians arrive at my house about an hour later! Not only did they bring the items I needed to hook everything up, they also made sure the washer and dryer was working properly before they left. It was $125 for that and while it seems steep, having same day service for your washer/dryer hookup DURING a stressful day of moving into a new home while not having to dig out a toolbox, knock your head against the wall because you can't find all the little pieces/parts you need and have to make a trip to Home Depot---priceless.
