Unfortunately I can't say the deck itself fully meets my high standards. Even though I had the crew come back and correct several obvious issues, I continue to find quality issues the more time me and my family spend on it. My deck is composite and there are areas where the decking was not secured well by the interlocking system. They are too far apart so the decking tries to pop out from time to time. There are parts of the deck that are uneven, and the railing isn't consistently spaced out evenly. This is on top of the many issues I have already had corrected. Don't get me wrong, I feel the deck is solid, but there are quite a few mistakes or issues that I would think an experience builder wouldn't have made. Also, this deck should have take no more than a week to build, although rain played slight factor, this build took 4 weeks. Only a couple of hours of work most days will cause that. Best of luck to Bob in the future, but I believe this will be my last build with Renew It Fence and Deck.

We had other local companies come out and either offer a costly solution that didn't seem to address the issue or they would say nothing was wrong. No one actually took the time to examine the issues and were more interested in who our insurance company was. EP Roofing came out promptly, checked everything out, showed us what was wrong and gave us solutions. The shingles on part of the roof had been put on improperly( not overlapping the edge of the roof) and water was dripping into the trim causing leaks in the house. They fixed the problem in one day replacing a lot of shingles and rotted wood. We get strong winds from the back that tend to lift up the shingles and poor installation had made this much worse, so they put in better materials and a metal strip to keep water out of the trim. Very affordable and we are painting the trim ourselves to save more money. We trust EP Roofing and very highly recommend them!

He didn't take any short cuts. He had to completely reframe almost half of my roof. Then he rebuilt it and reroofed it. My roof didn't even look that good before the tree fell on it!
