As many of you may run into, as did I if you own a brick home you are at the mercy of the masons…read morewhen your home is built as to whether or not the grouting was applied correctly and or consistently. I have had two locations on my home that would leak during storms, one was a gable wall and the other a small windowsill in a valley on my roof, I have struggled for years to get someone to find the cause and to no avail. So, after our last snowstorm when the snow started melting, I got leaking again in the roof valley when the snow started to melt, frustrated I called Madewell masonry I explained the problem and Dave came out to assess, he found the grout on the small windowsill was negligible which allowed the melting water to drip inside my home. Thanks to Madewell the team fixed My leak as well as my gable wall crack and sealed the bricks. They are very professional, courteous and meticululous, they cleaned up everything. Don't waste your time if you have a leak or masonry needs call Madewell !!

First, let me say I did not seek the services of Top Hill Landscaping (Jamarcus Wallace). I was minding my business, and he came knocking at my door. After I decided to accept their services (my first mistake), the price changed more than once, and only higher and higher, of course. Initially, the services were being performed well. Things were going as expected even though it was much higher than originally quoted. After some time Jamarcus Wallace came to my door for payment (after asking for more money), I gave him the payment (my second mistake). He and his team continued working for 20-30 minutes, then left without completing the job. My yard and even worse, my neighbor's yard, was left a complete mess. They left an entire tree in my backyard just lying there; the tree they cut up was thrown in the bushes in my backyard. Multiple branches, large and small, were dropped over the fence into my neighbor's yard. I contacted Jamarcus Wallace about the condition of the yards. He stated he would be back the next day, and I believed him (my third mistake). Of course, he did not show up the next day and has not been back since. I tried to contact them for the better part of 3-4 days, but they never responded. Accepting services from Top Hill Landscaping (Jamarcus Wallace) has cost me a great deal of money and caused trouble with my neighbors. Just be aware and do not trust them if you decide to do business with Top Hill Landscaping (Jamarcus Wallace).
