Just then he realized it continued through our expensive steel roof & there was a gap between the steel roof & the pipe. The weather called for hours of rain for yesterday. What to do? Jimmy was so easy to work with & had terrific people skills on the phone. We were also delighted that Jimmy sent Eric out to finish the fix on the roof when he said he would yesterday afternoon. Eric was conscientious enough to fix a small crack on another pipe while on the roof. This was problem solving of the highest order for us.

An amazing feat! The clean-up was perfect. They even used magnets to pick up all the nails at the end. Timely, professional, and least disruption possible to complete this difficult process. They are a reliable company with good people and I recommend them to anyone needing roof work.
