Went to pay the final $1000 on my mother in laws headstone today and the lady that owns the place is trying to tell me I owe another $500 and that she will go take my mother in laws stone if I don't pay but then calls me crazy and tells me to leave!!! Absolutely insane to do to someone literally handing you $1000!!! They keep all their records on printer paper written in ink!!!! Absolute crooks who keep records how they please so they can screw you! They also basically force you to pay in cash unless you want to pay a HUGE % to pay with debit or credit cards!!! My uncle paid in full the balance of his monument in 2016 when he was diagnosed with cancer fast forward to September 2024 when he passed they got another 215.00 from his sister after the funeral and still have not added date of death and now nine months later they are calling my aunt his wife being very rude and wanting more money. This is a disgrace to harass the family of the deceased and still want more money! read more

Do NOT deal with Beth Foster!!! Ordered monument for my husband in March & she said it would be ready end of June. Today, middle of August, after hearing "It will be ready next week" many times, and after many tears, I decided to ask for a refund. Now I need to start process again somewhere else. read more
