When I complained, he offered no real explanation only to say he didn't know why my husbands was so cheap. No wonder this guy doesn't wear a name tag. The little old lady behind the counter said that diamonds cause the ring to be more difficult to size however, there is not a diamond on the ring. I will not be returning to Gift Chest jewelers due to this treatment and make it up as you go service charges. Enjoy the $100, it will be the last you get from this family.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY…read more I took my phone here to be repaired after the screen cracked. They replaced the screen and I paid over 300.00. Four days later the screen was completely black. I took the phone back in and it was replaced, as expected, at no cost. Six weeks later my screen started to develope the same problem the other had in four days. It started turning black. I took it back again and was told that their supplier had refused a warranty on the first one so this one was my problem. When I pay 300.00+ dollars to get a phone fixed I don't expect the repair center to tell me they have problems getting their supplier to honor a warranty for them and it's now my problem. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE DOES NOT PRETEND TO WANT REPEAT BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
