When I called them back out he basically said unless I wanted to spend another $400. He didn't know what else to do about it. I just don't feel like that was fair after spending what I did and they never told me that would not fix it. Also, he never kept his appointment time. He always came in the morning, even when I made the appointments for the afternoon for a reason and it usually took at least a week to get him here. When you have a refrigerator that shutting off you need somebody the next day.

Our refrigerator quit cooling a couple of weeks ago. I thought I had the problem resolved but…read morerealized that I had failed. I called Mr Appliance, and the technician arrived the next morning. After a quick assessment of the issue, he gave me his findings and what the cost would be. VERY reasonable price. Five days later, he arrived with the needed part (which had to be ordered) and in a short time the repair was completed. We were told to expect up to 24 - 36 hours for the unit to reach the proper temp. 2 hours later the temp went from 61 degrees to 38. Thanks to Frank Lucy.

So when I came back to switch over load it was then that I realized that I hadn't pushed the start button hard enough. So the attendant on duty said that they don't do refunds. Now this wouldn't upset me but it was a $10.00 wash!!! I guess that's how they make their money. SOOOO DISAPPOINTING! So washers be ware to make sure you hit your buttons hard enough, or they will stick you for a simple mistake.
