Both times the technician has been extremely prompt and called to ask if he could arrive BEFORE the scheduled appointment time. Expect your carpets to stay damp for a little while (few hours). Don't be afraid to give the Carpet Doctor a call. Rates are reasonable enough to use them and see the results for yourself. You should not be disappointed. We'll be calling them back to clean for us annually. I only wish we'd have used them years ago. Professional carpet cleaning is a secret worth sharing.
