They took out a 100,000 BTU furnace and replaced it with an 80,000 BTU furnace, and now I have a cooler house and a higher gas bill because you have to set the thermostat higher to get the same comfort level. I would get a second opinion next time, not trust their furnace choice. read more

I had work completed on my HVAC unit which involved moving and fixing our evaporating line, something that should have been done by my home builder, who I will remain nameless. The workmanship, time, and caring was beyond our expectations from the Air Solutions team of Eric Knots and Malcom (sorry Marcom didn't catch your last name). I will add that this has been a challenge for us for the last five years and it wasn't until I had a conversation with Frank Braun who suggested that I have the team at Air Solutions team figure out a remedy which turned out to be a great idea! We have been using Aire Solutions to maintain our heat pump for several years. They have always done a fabulous job of taking care of us. We have had a couple of emergencies in the past that they have handled great, squeezing us into their schedule asap. Our last scheduled maintenance was handled by Daniel M. He arrived well within the scheduled window of time and was quick and efficient with his work. He took the time to make sure we understood all the charges on our invoice and walked us through each step of the process. He answered our questions knowledgeably with confidence. He let us know if things were looking good or needing attention along the way. I called to schedule an appointment, after dealing with the most pleasant staff, Annie, was able to fit me in right away. {Score!} Todd J. arrived shortly after noon -- his experience with HVAC systems was clear from the get-go, and he provided me with a fair and detailed overview of the problem. In addition, Todd was courteous, pleasant and very professional. We went ahead and fixed the problem, and the A/C was back up and running even better than before. Todd even threw in some extras free-of-charge. {Gotta love that!} In short: 1. Great, courteous staff 2. Quick turnaround and convenient scheduling 3. Todd is experienced, professional, fair, and fast Incredible, given the scare stories we hear about phonies and crooks in the HVAC business. I called aire solutions last week when my furnace quit working, I was very happy they were able to send out a tech to diagnose the same day. The tech was friendly but spent more time trying to sell me a new unit then diagnosing the issue, even saying my unit was old and you can't get replacement parts. He then completely missed the issue making a very wrong diagnosis. Because of the wrong diagnosis I was without heat all weekend because when the issues was properly identified the part store was closed, yes I was able to purchase the replacementpart at the local HVAC part store. When I called to inform the office of the issue, I felt my concern was not heard. They said they would pass in concern on. I have not heard back from the company and they have made no effort to resolve the issue. I am disappointed with the provided service and feel as if they charged me to send out a salesman not a tech. read more

Aire Solutions installed a whole house mini split system by Mitsubishi in my home. Their installers were very considerate and very neat, cleaning up after themselves. To be honest we had a mystery issue but their installers stayed with it till they found the problem. As it turned out it was a drain sensor that they installed as directed but turned out to be a defective part. They were great, they stood by their work and their quality installation. The outside line hides on the exterior look appealing and professional. I would highly recommend Aire Solutions to anyone in need of an HVAC Contractor. I also recommend the Mitsubishi mini split system as well. read more
