First, he had family who was sick, rainy weather, got caught on another job but finally started on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. Finished the brick and mortar part of our foundation on Friday, June 17th. Was to come the next Monday to paint the foundation. Wrote him a check for $1,060 for another week of work plus $60 for 2 gallons of paint. It is now April 11, 2023, and Scott has not been back to paint. Has failed to return our money or the paint. Has had one excuse after another--family all had Covid twice, truck broke down, car broke down, kids in hospital, rain. He has even threatened to file slander charges against me because I gave him a bad review on HomeAdvisor. Said his attorney told him not to talk to us but won't give us his attorney's name. Has had other small claims suits filed against him. Just laughs about it. Don't ever hire this man!

I called Quality Construction for help. They are licensed and insured!!! Devin and his partner came out quickly and assessed the mess. They are so professional and told us exactly what needed to be done and came back with a bid quickly. The quality and value are amazing for the job they undertook. Everything had to come out and be redone. We knew it would because our floor was never leveled and tile work wasn't even completed from the previous contractor. They assured me they could give me the bathroom I had envisioned and they did not disappoint!!! The work is amazing, just look at the pictures and you will see. When we hit a bump in work they took it in stride and worked hard to tackle it. The crew always arrived early and put in a full days work. They were on top of it all the time making sure I was satisfied throughout the project.
