The following week Brock and his crew showed up and started right away removing old dead stuff and replacing with new and colorful plants and the Red Bud Tree tree they got for us is fantastic. We were concerned about taking down a few trees within our fenced-in area, because there was no vehicle access. This team of ninjas climbed the trees with ropes and harnesses to make sure they took down the trees in shorter pieces to avoid damaging our fence. They maintained great safety awareness, checking each other's equipment before proceeding. Adrian not only had familiarity with trees, but gave great recommendations to ensure certain trees in our yard were safe. Upon climbing one of the trees to cut some limbs, they discovered a large dead limb further up and cut it down to make sure it didn't fall in the future. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Once the job was done, we accidentally handed him too much money for the job. Adrian reminded us of the agreed upon price and handed the difference back to us: Honesty and Integrity. This move was a disaster from the beginning and I won't go into all the issues with the hired company. Josh and his crew were very friendly and we honestly thought had our best interest at heart. My husband was afraid that the hired company would try and cheat Josh's crew of money so he gave them an extra $150. The damage alone done to my furnitur, old house and new home was significant. They put a big gash in the wall of my old home and we were told that Josh was going to go back and repair it himself. My husband waited two hours when he had other things to get done. Josh never contacted him. Then there was damage that was never mentioned such as a gash in the metal door to the garage, the leg of my dining room chair was completely broken in half and taped back on. When it was placed in the house they put it in the backside of the table so it wasn't noticeable right away. They broke the pedestal leg off my dresser and just sat it underneath. There is a gash out of the door to my brand new home. None of this was told to us and we paid extra and was taken advantage of.
