I began the journey of talking with several crawlspace repair companies and was most impressed with United Structural Systems of Tennessee. Chad came out promptly and crawled all around my crawlspace, took pictures, and then drew the area. He explained completely what needed to be done and came up with a plan. His communications and attentiveness really impressed me because he listened to my concerns. I scheduled the work to be done and the girls in the office communicated both email and text when to expect the workers. Detarius (foreman) and Noah (crew chief) came out started the installation of poured concrete piers and industrial jacks to level the flooring. It took a few days, but I could already tell a difference in the way the floor felt. They also informed me that I had standing water in my crawlspace. The positive drain had failed. Evan (project foreman) came and began fixing the cracks in the concrete by drilling holes and filling the voids with PolyLift material. He even fixed the cracks in the mortar between the bricks going up the wall. You can't even tell there was ever a crack! Matt, Sammy, & Robert came out to do the arduous task of installing a new positive drain system and tie it into the existing drainage system. I am so pleased with everyones professionalism, communication, and work ethic. I highly recommend USS of Tennessee!

I followed him and his worker around the concrete deck. I asked "what will stop the concrete from cracking". I was told it won't crack Don't worry. I said to them. What I know about cracks and water in the cracks will freeze and break. They weren't concerned. They never reached out to me within these 4 years to see how it held up. I've got pictures showing almost every post placed has cracked the concrete and the wall under it. Looking at this big mess I knew they couldn't and wouldn't fix it. No worries they said we will run to the warehouse and grab them. NO CALL, text or email followed? Came out here with chicken wire and filled in the gaps! Monday we wait until noon and haven't heard a word so we call...no answer at one # an vm full at the other! By Wednesday August 19th we are still calling and Charles answers with the same BS, yeah we couldn't get the panels from warehouse and I expedited the gates so we will be out Friday to finish the job! Another weekend passes and yesterday Monday the 24th crickets! Today Charles answers and had the same BS info but said they would be out shortly! Here we are at 2pm so 6 hours later and nobody is here and will not answer phones or emails! BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU next up

Lets begin this lovely ramble....... My mailbox has been run over by his employees/contractors several times in addition to multiple others in our neighborhood. Despite having video footage, he has failed to take responsibility for the damages & just argues on the phone and will not own up and take responsibility, leaving me out hundreds of dollars for replacing my mailbox several times. Destruction of property is the exact opposite of what one might wish for when building a home. At the very least I recommend against using his dis- honest company for your home building needs.

My roof is day one when we moved in two years ago, still not fixed. My sink faucet, in my master bedroom. They didn't put the proper fittings on it so it falls off. My mailbox I had to purchase they didn't put the 2 x 4 in the ground. They just plastic in the ground so my mailbox is cracked from all the storms. Now let's get to the worst part. My floors were laid wrong and they're all tearing up. They come and fix some of them, but they're tearing up again and most of the same spots. Some spots were fixed. This guy is a joke. do not let him build your house. run run run as fast as you can away from him. My dishwasher is not secure and falls forward whenever you pull the trays out. some of the siding was put on wrong. We had to have that fixed the my porch up flew off in a storm because they weren't secured. We had to replace those, but of course we didn't have him fix any of that stuff we let him do our floors fix them, but not anything else. He's a POS don't let him build your house. Don't do it. I thought well only people put bad stuff on here no not true. He's horrible run away as fast as you can. If I would've had anywhere else to go I would not have closed on this house. And what your year is up he is not taking any more calls from you won't answer any more text. He's a POS karma will get you Mark Anderson and I can't wait till she does. not a section in my driveway that doesn't have a crack in it. My garage looks like a freaking is so cracked up POS like I said horrible horrible builder.
