They are so professional and told us exactly what needed to be done and came back with a bid quickly. The quality and value are amazing for the job they undertook. Everything had to come out and be redone. We knew it would because our floor was never leveled and tile work wasn't even completed from the previous contractor. They assured me they could give me the bathroom I had envisioned and they did not disappoint!!! The work is amazing, just look at the pictures and you will see. When we hit a bump in work they took it in stride and worked hard to tackle it. The crew always arrived early and put in a full days work. They were on top of it all the time making sure I was satisfied throughout the project. I never authorized an ongoing service. I woke up to a message saying my scheduled pest control appointment was tomorrow at one. I was confused and tried to call tried to text no one would answer the phone even drove to the office and no one there. I had to contact them on fb. I wanted to know who illegally signed me up for an ongoing service without my knowledge. instead of apologizing and giving me the tech name they tried to scape goat and claim no fraud was done and they would simply take care of it. This reply just aggravated me more because I am about accountability. My info was being used without permission or my knowledge this would aggravate anyone. I cursed in fb messenger so they blocked me and then the boss called me rude hateful and not understanding and me being transgender he purposely misgendered me multiple times on the phone. when all I wanted was the techs name who illegally put my information in their computer system wrong. Even if it is an accident that is still fraud to sign someone up in the computer for a service they never asked for. Do not use the company they are not lgbtqia plus friendly, they talk down to people, and they scale goat responsibility.
