Both times the technician has been extremely prompt and called to ask if he could arrive BEFORE the scheduled appointment time. Rates are reasonable, technician is courteous, respectful and extremely helpful! If they think the outcome may be less than satisfactory, they give you a heads up before starting to clean. Expect your carpets to stay damp for a little while (few hours). Don't be afraid to give the Carpet Doctor a call. Rates are reasonable enough to use them and see the results for yourself. You should not be disappointed. We'll be calling them back to clean for us annually. I only wish we'd have used them years ago. Professional carpet cleaning is a secret worth sharing.
