I had already encountered several barriers with other companies and was beginning to feel spiritually disheartened by the lack of care. Then came General Manager Jason, who took time from his day to truly assist. Though his company could not directly provide the type of propane service I initially needed, he gave me thoughtful, detailed guidance about staying warm safely in a tiny home setting. He advised me on ventless propane heaters (Mr. Heater, 25,000-35,000 BTU brick style), the safe use of one-pound propane bottles, how to store them, and proper carbon monoxide detector placement (at least 20 feet from the heater). He offered this help not out of obligation, but with a spirit of humanity and genuine care. That's rare. I told him I'd leave a Yelp review not out of formality, but from the bottom of my heart. Sometimes in this world, people forget that kindness is a spiritual offering -- and he offered it freely. His insight may have helped me protect my life during below-zero temperatures.
