Mr Appliance out of Poplar Bluff worked on my 3 yr old refrigerator. Charged 800.00+. It only worked for about 6mts. When I called them back out he basically said unless I wanted to spend another $400. He didn't know what else to do about it. I just don't feel like that was fair after spending what I did and they never told me that would not fix it. Also, he never kept his appointment time. He always came in the morning, even when I made the appointments for the afternoon for a reason and it usually took at least a week to get him here. Our refrigerator quit cooling a couple of weeks ago. I thought I had the problem resolved but realized that I had failed. I called Mr Appliance, and the technician arrived the next morning. After a quick assessment of the issue, he gave me his findings and what the cost would be. VERY reasonable price. Five days later, he arrived with the needed part (which had to be ordered) and in a short time the repair was completed. I called them on Wed and they came out Thursday morning. The technician was polite and explained what was wrong with our washer. I feel some companies would try to have you buy parts so they could make more money but he told us he recommended we buy a newer washer instead. I was very pleased with their service. read more

This is the only Samsung certified repair company in our area, so we were glad to find it. The technician was very polite and explained the repair situation well. My husband very thoroughly described the problem with our washing machine on the phone. When the technician came and looked at the machine he told us that a large part had broken and it was cheaper to replace rather than repair the machine. The breakage the technician discovered was exactly as my husband described, so my husband was aggravated because there really was no need for the service call - he could have been told that it was best to replace the machine over the phone, rather than having a technician tell us in person. read more
