I sent her a mock-up of my idea, she emailed back a mock-up with a few changes to make everything fit better on the stone. We were able to handle everything over the phone and email. The grave marker was a very reasonable price. I've never purchased one before but I expected it to cost double what I ended up paying. Poplar Bluff Monument Works are a very friendly and good company to work with. Thank you Susan.
