So we researched, visited, and got quotes from a dozen carpet stores in Memphis. Kiser's Floor Fashions (Cordova, TN) won our business on Quality, Price and SERVICE! Amy, our Kiser's Floor Fashions Sales Consultant, was PHENOMINAL!!! She impressed us: (1) during our showroom visit, (2) during her in-home visit for measurements, and (3) professionalism during follow-up (calls, emails, text). Amy was never pushy and did an exceptional job of consultative selling. Bottom-line, at Kiser's, we got better quality nylon carpet, premium padding, installation, warranties, and service then other carpet stores.

So we purchased a house and the owner-agent hired who knows who to cleanup the engineered hardwood floors. The contractor must have grossly misunderstood as they mopped around a ton of stain on the floors. Needless to say it made a mess of everything and it appeared that a 6K+ floor replacement was necessary. Daniel from GTWF came highly recommend by our realtor. He took a careful assessment of the situation gave a fair bid to clean and restore the floors offering to do a test before progressing. Long story short the floors look better than we could have imagined! GTWF has certainly impressed us and we will certainly be singing their praises and using them when we eventually do need a floor! Also helped me get two pieces of baseboards I was having trouble with and acted like it was no problem. They were very quiet and just did an absolutely beautiful job especially in the hallway bordering three rooms . They worked very well as a team and compl cleaned everything thing to perfection. I wasn't expecting them to move my heavy furniture back in place but they noticed I was on crutches and was just released from the emergency room and politely placed everything back in place for me .
