They helped me with getting my appliances back in both the kitchen and laundry room with a half bath. Fantastic work! Two weeks later Josh and Amy installed all our wood floors both in the living room and dining room. Also helped me get two pieces of baseboards I was having trouble with and acted like it was no problem. They were very quiet and just did an absolutely beautiful job especially in the hallway bordering three rooms . They worked very well as a team and compl cleaned everything thing to perfection. I wasn't expecting them to move my heavy furniture back in place but they noticed I was on crutches and was just released from the emergency room and politely placed everything back in place for me . Initial conversations resulted in me being told nothing would change, that I could either pay it or leave the job undone despite having requested a complete cost post showing floors and requesting carpet removal, additional warranties, labor and cost for extra paddings be included in quote. The Mgr, Jamie Osborne, is very unprofessional and called my phone after refusing to allow return of product due to dissatisfaction with service/unsuspected fees and began to yell at me and call me a liar. When I asked for the owners contact info she initially refused, though she would later provide an fake email address and tell me "he'll just end up yelling at you too". It was her calling back and playing on my phone that was the cherry on top. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

When I ordered this the first week of November 2021, I wasn't too worried that it said "backordered 4-6 weeks, because we weren't in a hurry for it. As time went on, I had not heard anything, nor had the status changed on my online profile. I finally called mid-January. They said it should be shipping from the vendor on January 24. Still, not in a huge hurry for it, because building a house is slow, obviously. Jan. 24, nothing. I called back. They said it was definitely coming from the vendor to the warehouse on Feb. 5. Well, it actually came on Feb. 1, so I was super excited. I ordered 19 boxes of flooring, and two boxes of thresholds. Only 17 boxes were delivered and no thresholds. I call the warehouse in Horn Lake and the manager Chandler told me the thresholds had been shipped via FedEx (because they didn't trust the shipping company to deliver them...) and he would contact the delivery company (that we've already established we don't trust...)that day to get the rest of the floor to me. Well, then the roads iced over the next few days, so the delivery company couldn't get it out, until Monday, Feb. 7. Floor delivered, just fine. Still no thresholds. I waited a day, and called Wednesday, Feb. 9. The lady manager said my thresholds would be shipping out Thursday, Feb. 10 via FedEx. I told her Chandler told me they had already been shipped out a week ago! I have no idea what is going on up there, but this store is a JOKE! I asked to speak to Chandler when I called on Wednesday, and of course he wasn't working. I told her (I forgot to ask her name), she better let Chandler know I do NOT appreciate being lied to and if these thresholds didn't arrive by Thursday afternoon, I was driving to Horn Lake, they would be refunding the $300 I paid for delivery fees, and I would be leaving with my thresholds. As of 10:30 am Thursday, Feb. 10...still no thresholds. However, I do have a tracking number now. This is the biggest mess I've ever seen! I will never do business with them again! I understand things are crazy and pretty much everything is backordered, and I believe I was more than patient with this bunch of incompetents... but I will not stand being lied to!
