Hired Eagle 3 to repair and paint/stain my fence and it looks great. Completed on time and very professional!

I contacted Garrett to receive a quote to paint my kitchen, living room, and dinning room. His quote was under the other two quotes and he was able to start work sooner than I expected. He recommend a color scheme as I'm not very good in that department. It turned out amazing, the kitchen with a two tone paint scheme was incredible and all my friends wanted to know who painted it. I could not be happier with the work Eagle 3 has performed at my house. I started out having exterior work done and was so pleased I decided to take the plunge and have my kitchen cabinets repainted. I must admit my husband did not want to do this but I prevailed. The crew finished up today and my kitchen looks like new. My husband is stunned. I appreciate that the crew is on time, quiet, neat and so nice. They showed up to finish the job today even though the city had shut down because of the snow. In preparation for replacing some siding/rotted wood and painting our house, we talked to several painters. It was clear from the beginning that Garret/Eagle were different. Just great rapport/communication/customer service from the beginning. Cost competitive relative to other quotes; they really listened to what we were looking for and helped us drive into the right options for color schemes; very detailed/thorough explanations of the estimate and work proposal; just an excellent and very professional work crew with a strong attention to detail; regular follow-up / check in during the process to ensure reality and expectations were in alignment; comprehensive walk through upon completion to touch up any issues. I reached out to Eagle 3 to get a quote on having the exterior of our home painted. We went into this knowing that there was a lot of wood repair that needed to be completed. Eagle 3 Painting's quote not only came in under the other two that I had, but Garrett pointed out a few other areas where repairs needed to be completed. The Eagle 3 team did a tremendous job power washing our home & driveway, repairing the wood trim, our deck and repainting our home (including the brick). Used this individual for power washing. He did great the first time. The second time it was a disaster. Prepare if house for sale. He was a week late. Didn't follow up on his team to insure the work was done. After seeing none of what I contracted for he assured me he would get back out to properly power wash and clean all the overs with a machine. I was out of town and paid him only to return to see that nothing was done as promised. Do not use Garrett. He's not trustworthy ! read more

Do not hire Garrett Webber to paint anything. This man is a Liar and a Fraud. We hired Eagle 3 painting to paint our kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room walls and cabinets. Garrett told us it was a 5 step process. They would attach hooks to the bottom edges of the lower doors and top edges of the upper doors so the holes would not show and paint in a spray booth that they would assemble on the lawn. They would sand, prime, sand, prime, paint. They were to calk all edges of the cabinets and fill all holes. I showed him the cabinet doors and asked him if they craftsmanship was ready to paint. Garrett told me that they were fine and all I had to do was hang them, he was using his "A TEAM" on this project because cabinets are hard. When they came to paint they didn't have the spray booth because it was damaged by wind, but we were assured it would be perfect. When they were done the first time we started to wipe down the shelves and started noticing that some of the paint had drips or whole edges of cabinet doors were not painted, and many doors had hook holes on the wrong sides. When we got to the bathroom the blinds were all the way up so we closed them and noticed that they had dripped paint down the blinds. They cleaned one side of the blinds with a solvent that took the white paint and finish off in places and didn't even bother to clean the other side of the blinds. That is when we noticed that they also used the solvent on our new bathroom countertop along with an abrasive scrubber destroying the finish. When they painted the bathroom walls they didn't even bother to take off the switch plate covers, the whole bathroom was a mess. We called Garrett and when he showed up the next day to get his payment he was very apologetic and begged to let just he and Diego (his best painter) come back and finish the work . He was going to block off 3 days for us. We mistakenly agreed. The first day back Garrett showed up with Diego and another painter and then left until noon. After coming back for about an hour he then left for the rest of the day. On day 2 we confronted him about not being the one painting and he said "I'm not very good with a brush and when I am here my crew tends to paint much slower than if I am gone, so it is best if I am not here." I had removed the doors to sand and smooth them out because we were informed his painters sanded for paint adhesion not smoothness of the joints, more on that later. The third day they were going to respray the doors. They were stacked on a tarp put down to protect my driveway from overspray. His "A team" decided to pull the tarp over to where they were spraying, the doors on the bottom of the stack slid across my aggregate concrete drive and now have huge gouges in them. I wish I could include pictures. They sprayed only the front of the doors and then set them in the kitchen to dry. The next day when I went to hang them we noticed the damage. There sanding for adhesion was very suspect. We were using painters tape to mark where mistakes were and it would pull off the paint from the drawers leaving the old white underneath. When Garrett showed up he didn't know what to say. He took pictures and apologized for the work and we told him we wanted our money back. Garrett reluctantly agreed and said that when he finished other projects he would pay us back. the next week we got a check for $500 After a month I asked when we would get any more money and he sent me another check for $250. the next month he quit returning my calls and texts and I have turned it over to my lawyer. Garrets "A team" was Diego from Capital painting. I would not hire them either. I wish I could include pictures as every door has runs or drips or spots on them. read more
