4 years ago I hired Caldwell painting to paint my house. This was done after a lot of boards on…read morethe exterior were replaced by a different company. Pant job looked fantastic upon completion. However, last year we noticed a lot of fading of the paint and it was primarily on the boards that were replaced. I called Bart and asked him to come look at it and advise me on what the next step should be. He suggested that we have the house washed, which we did. It looked better but did not solve the problem. This is where he amazed me. He sent his guys back out and put another coat of paint over almost the entire house. All of this at NO CHARGE!!!. Now that is really standing behind your work.
