This is Michigan) He also said he would replace it in the fall (2024), but he didn't return or respond to our text or calls. Fast forward another 6 months and it's much, much worse. 2 significant portions of the drive (where cars are never parked), are crumbling. Cuco said he would come by when the weather was better, then he said he would here on Monday. That never happened. All we get are false promises and excuses. We spent what for us, is a LOT of money having the drive replaced. To say this is disappointing is a profound understatement. We withdraw our 5 star recommendation for Reale Cement If I could give zero stars, I would do so. For this job, the quality is very, very poor and trying to seek a resolution or even a response is impossible.

We were new to having an asphalt driveway, so I didn't realize there was an asphalt 'season'. Anthony's Asphalt was patient in answering all of my questions and were able to fit us into their schedule before the season was over. They did a great job filling all the cracks and seal coating the driveway. I called again this year to fill a couple of new small cracks and for another sealcoat. They came out, provided a quote and I mailed back the contract. I didn't need to be home to get the quote or get the work completed, so that made the process so much easier. Will be using them for all our future asphalt maintenance needs.

After the install, which took about 1-1/2 days, there were a few items I had mentioned that were overlooked, and when I contacted the owner, instead of being met with indignation (as I expected), I was met with compassion and understanding. The items were remedied within a few days. Everything looks great! No more leaking roof. -------------------------------------- On a side note, my neighbor (weeks later) said she saw many nails in her driveway, and when she said something to the workers, they were really rude. She said the next day there were food rappers and more nails in her yard/driveway, and said she ended up with a roof nail in her tire with a flat. I emphatically apologized to her but there wasn't much more I could do. I also later found 2 cigarettes (one smoked and the other whole) in my attic, and have found nails here and there for weeks now. For these last few reasons, I could not offer a 5-star rating, and almost put 3 stars, but 3 would not be indicative of the overall quality, which is more important to me from a roofer than attitude--though if everyone had an attitude similar to the owner's son, 5 stars would be an easy rank. Overall, the experience was good, but not great, though I would recommend them over others. I would only advise that every detail be written down, and that the owners have a little more oversight on their daily crews, just for quality (and attitude) control.

Four weeks after the quote and we still had no communication with this company unless we called ourselves, and even then we got the voicemail 9 times out of 10. When someone did answer, they gave us a new excuse every time. Apparently our job wasn't worth the money, and instead of canceling on us or keeping their word they just ghosted us. Our roof could've been fixed much sooner with the company we actually went with in the end and it would've prevented further damage. Shame on these guys.

We had a previous tear off, meaning we have single layer roofing. I was told by rep that double layer roofing is no longer acceptable In Michigan. So we had to do another tear off. I just checked with Michigan roofing codes and there is no such change in layers. Double layer is acceptable in all Michigan cities. I also checked Go To Roofing for verbiage. Posted on their site shows they do double layer roofing. I don't like being conned. I believed rep as being trustworthy. I did have an option but it wasn't given to me. I called roofing due to possible leak in upstairs back bedroom.

Corey (clearly an experienced and skilled technician) came out to do the repair, worked around some problem issues, communicated well, and fixed it--all for a fair price.
