Used Anthony's Asphalt last season for the first time. We had recently purchased the house and it was clear the previous owners did minimal maintenance on the asphalt driveway- there were many cracks and it just looked bad. We were new to having an asphalt driveway, so I didn't realize there was an asphalt 'season'. Anthony's Asphalt was patient in answering all of my questions and were able to fit us into their schedule before the season was over. They did a great job filling all the cracks and seal coating the driveway. I called again this year to fill a couple of new small cracks and for another sealcoat. They came out, provided a quote and I mailed back the contract. I didn't need to be home to get the quote or get the work completed, so that made the process so much easier. Anthony did some work for me and I had to leave early so I trusted him to finish properly and paid him extra to stay another hour and finish up the job. Instead he left right after me and didn't finish the job. On the last job he did for me he picked the time and we made a plan for early am work - as I'm leaving to meet him at the job he messages me that he wants to change the terms and money agreement - when I responded with my view of why that was unfair at the last minute, but asked him what he wanted to do the job he'd agreed to do already, he couldn't hang in there and hear anything about another perspective and simply quit leaving me in the lurch. Sad. He does good work but is very unprofessional in how he handles his arrangements. Some people don't think about how you've taken the morning off to accommodate etc. or that they should honor an agreement already made, and perhaps negotiate differently for the *next* job they do for you if they felt they'd shorted themselves in what they agreed to.... they only think about their own needs/perspective and think its fine to leave you in the lurch at the last minute. So be careful if you work with him. I'm lucky that I have several other good people I can call to do the work... but that doesn't repay the morning of lost income from taking time off of my work to accommodate to Anthony's schedule, or having to pay someone quite a bit extra to come out again and finish work I paid him for that he didn't do. read more

We were very pleased with Anthony's Asphalt. From the scheduling with Stephanie, to the estimate and work by Anthony and the team, everything was outstanding! I was very impressed with the level of detail and attention they provided to my drive. They spent time ensuring the surface was clean and then did an impressive job filling cracks and sealing my driveway. After researching many local companies, I am glad I picked them and would definitely recommend them to others. We plan on using them again for ongoing maintenance as needed. read more

Anthony's asphalt seal coated my driveway for several years in a row and did a good job. The last time was NOT a good experience. They used hot rubber crack filler and spilled it on the grass on the edge of my lawn. This killed the grass resulting in me replanting this area. Other cracks on my driveway were overfilled with hot rubber so it was not level with the rest of my driveway. I pointed this out to Anthony and his reply the same day was it will flatten out if I drove on it enough. This was not the case. I contacted Anthony's Asphalt both by phone and email but they refused to come out to fix the problem. I even attached photos to the emails. I contacted them many times this obviously upset them so they will have nothing to do with me. NO big deal there are may asphalt seal coating companies out there! I will now inspect any job more carefully before final payment is made. read more

Don't count on these guys. You have to mail in a contract but after that you are forgotten about! Was told they would have to reschedule my job and they would call me back the next day. 2 days later, I call them and was told they lost a slip of paper! What about the contract I mailed in? Then they have an attitude when I tell them to forget about my job completely. Really? read more

Great Job on my driveway and parking area. It is the little things. Guys came up and introduced themselves and knew me by name already. Gave me the plan and then came through on their word. Would recommend highly!!! read more

Anthony's Asphalt did our driveway just before we moved. Our realtor suggested that we have the driveway recoated before we list the house to improve the curb appeal. Admittedly, it was something we had completely neglected for the past 5 or so years. Anthony's came out and were fast and extremely courteous. Afterward, all of the surrounding neighbors came out of the woodwork to compliment us and ask who did it. Our house sold in under 30 days. Not saying that this was what did the trick, but it certainly helped! I highly recommend Anthony's. They are really nice, down to earth people too. read more

Disappointed in the company for not taking ownership over their work. Within 2 days the new driveway sealer was peeled back in a few areas and they are asking for more money to fix. I wish they'd stand by their work and fix the failed areas. read more
