Staff were super friendly, wearing masks, etc. They don't let you take anything requiring tools out of your vehicle but other than that getting stuff out was easy and they leave you alone. One of the guys helped pry open my trunk to retrieve some golf clubs. The tow yard is as expected which is to say lots of banged up cars but it doesn't feel unsafe, ie no glass or random pieces of metal littering the area that I saw. Overall 5/5 experience that lessened an already very stressful situation. PS Beware big ass trucks driving on Miramar that don't feel like stopping at red lights and plow into your Civic that you've had for a million years.

Called up hank, he gave me the best price in town without even asking what the competition quoted me. For the price, I was honestly expecting some guy with a old outdated tow truck, but he rolled up in a new flatbed truck (the nicest I've ever seen). I was concerned we would have issues getting my car on the flatbed because she is lowered. He knew exactly what to do without scratching my baby. I recommend Hank to anyone and everyone who needs PROFESSIONAL QUALITY SERVICE at a REASONABLE price. Thanks again Hank, you were great to work with. -Jay

I went in and my father-in-law was outside with my toddler. I was just picking up my car. My son was running around outside with his grandpa when the two service coordinators were discussing how my son can get hit by a car because he is outside running around. I apologize and said that's my son. He's with his grandfather. I really thought Toyota was a family based place and that's why I felt so strongly about this company. I definitely understand that it's not a place for a toddler to be running around But let me ask you how many moms have helped And I know one of the service coordinators had a daughter because his photos are right there so let me ask you if your wife and daughter have been outside doing the same thing. Would you have allowed someone to speak about them that way? I would really rethink training on these customer service coordinator.
