    Julie presents JonSari
    Liliya S.

JonSari is secret beauty gem of Beverly Hills. I'm so grateful for my friend Aria, who showed me this spot. Only people who is obssesed with rejuvenation, healthy treatments will understand me. This is my paradise of beauty. I would love to come here here day and share with everyone about benefits of this SPA. I was thinking this is brilliant idea to celebrate BDay party with small group of besties. We had a lot of fun. Everyone was so happy, and JonSari become our place if gathering together. Julia is the owner, over 30 years of experience, she build her idea to make this place eclectic. So many special machines and treatments in one place, it's like a Neiman Marcus, you coming here in one place and has the access for many brands with special offers. Saving your time and Julie brought the best machine only. She knows how to use them to be affective. Thank you so much for this opportunity to stay yong and beautiful without plastic surgery

Best place to celebrate my birthday with my besties.

My partner and I have tried many wellness spas in La And this one is by far the best one out there. This location is clean, has great energy and the staff have great wellness etiquette which adds to the overall vibe of the space. Thank you Will for making our experience aligned and welcoming. When I purchased a Vitashot package, I was told verbally by front desk staff on multiple occasions that my complimentary monthly membership shot would always be used first before deducting from my package. That never happened. Every shot after my package purchase was deducted from my paid package across three membership cycles while my complimentary shots went unused. When I raised this in writing, I was given an audit that actually confirmed the problem rather than resolving it. I escalated to request GM involvement, called the location twice, was redirected to the Venice location, and never received a callback. Two weeks later, still no resolution. The staff are pleasant and the facilities are lovely but the billing practices and customer service at the assistant manager level are a serious problem. If you purchase a package here, document everything in writing and verify every transaction carefully.

When you're in chronic pain or stress, the orchestra plays out of tune--the violins screech, the percussion races, the flutes can't keep up. Now imagine magnesium as the conductor's tuning fork. It doesn't play an instrument itself. It doesn't hand you new strings or hit the drums. Instead, it emits a calming resonance--subtle, precise--that helps the musicians retune themselves. When you immerse yourself in a float tank, it's like laying the entire orchestra in a perfectly quiet concert hall filled with that tuning resonance. The magnesium ions, the warm water, the silence, the weightlessness--all create a chemical and sensory silence where your body's instruments can hear themselves again and fall back into alignment.

Instead of the egg-shaped pods, Float clinic has little rooms which I thought looked roomy and interesting based on the photos. The good: * I do like how you can step directly from the shower into the float tank. The tanks are fairly roomy, I'm 5'8" and felt I had a decent amount of room. * the bathroom was clean and equipped with hair dryers * the lobby is cute and inviting * friendly staff, good overview of the float process The meh: * my float tank door didn't close all the way, and my room light didn't automatically turn off which was distracting. I eventually got out and flipped the switch * salt wasn't fully dissolved, tank maybe a little oversaturated * I actually prefer the elliptical pods, I found the corners distracting * shower curtain was gross, I wish they just had like a half wall which would be easier to clean * there was caution tape in the shower and the frame around the door of the tank was popping off - just didn't look that nice. * just the one bathroom and the hairdryers are in there so you hold up the toilet if you use them - would be nice if there was a separate space for this * the place I usually go has thoughtful touches like little packages of Vaseline to cover any small scrapes so the salt doesn't burn, hot tea available, other little things - Float Clinic didn't have those, was pretty bare bones. Final verdict: for me, this was just ok. I've had a much nicer float experience at my usual spot and now I'm spoiled. Glad I got a float in while I was in town but wouldn't return.

I overslept -- and I mean that as the highest compliment my nervous system has ever paid anything. The space is immaculate. Warm, intentional, quietly luxurious without trying too hard. From the moment you step in, something in your body just... exhales. The private suites feel like a gift you give yourself. The quiet room after is the kind of stillness most of us spend years chasing. Anthony has created something rare here -- a space that actually does what wellness spaces promise. No performance. No noise. Just genuine, deep rest. I'm a women's wellness founder and I will be hosting my next curated experience here. That's how much I believe in what Wellnest is doing. If you are tired, depleted, or simply overdue for stillness -- this is your place. Go. Stay longer than you planned. You won't regret it. When we arrived, there was no concierge present despite that being promoted on their website. I had to track down the customer service number myself just to figure out how to access the room we had reserved. About 30 minutes later, I received a call from Anthony claiming I was being "inconsiderate," without even explaining why at first. After repeatedly asking what he was referring to, he said someone complained that my baby was crying -- which simply was not true. I asked him to check the cameras before making accusations, but instead he continued lecturing me and saying he was "protecting his clients." I am also a paying client. I booked and paid for my wife's experience. Once he realized that, his tone and story started changing. But by then, the damage was done. What should have been a relaxing Mother's Day experience became stressful and uncomfortable because of how we were treated. All I was doing was feeding my baby quietly. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Anthony chose to insult me, insult my wife, and send hostile text messages afterward to justify his behavior. A single customer complaint should never be enough reason to harass and disrespect another paying customer without verifying facts first. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Professionalism and customer respect are clearly not priorities here. He also thought my name was "Hayes" until I corrected him so who knows if he even called the right client. What a joke.

My issues with this location is a couple of things. 1. Parking - this is an issue because of the lack of parking in the area, especially during prime hours during the day. If they offer garage validated parking, that was not shared. 2. The set up of this location feels weird. It feels like there was a lack of space and they did what they could with what they had. I tried the Aescape robotic massage there and the room felt like it was an extra space or they sacrificed a space for it as the outfits were kept in what was the original shower. Also, Pause Studio...while they offer a great service. It tends to be more expensive than its competitors in the space and while I appreciate how friendly their stuff is in general, the cost value analysis leads me to the conclusion that this might not be worth the money as other establishments, including Equinox offers the same services at a lower cost.

I also love that the infrared sauna sessions are set up in your own private room, which makes the experience feel even more relaxing and personal. They also do a great job of creating a sense of community. From time to time, they host special weekend events with thoughtful touches like goodie bags and guest sponsors, which makes you feel really valued as a member. I've even joined one of their group hikes, which was such a fun way to connect outside the studio. They've also brought in guest instructors for things like dance and Zumba-style classes, which keeps things fresh and interesting. What really keeps me coming back is the overall experience. The space is always clean, calm, and beautifully maintained, and I love how easy it is to just show up -- mats, towels, and props are all provided. Parking in the back is also a huge plus, especially for LA. I've found myself telling friends about it and inviting them as my guests, which says a lot. It genuinely feels like a little wellness sanctuary, and I'm really glad I found this place.

This is a normal step for anyone evaluating a fitness or wellness membership. Later, management accused me of violating their policies simply for attending both locations and permanently revoked my access. The explanation provided was inconsistent with the promotional outreach they themselves sent encouraging trial participation. The situation escalated further when I accompanied a referred guest using a guest pass that had been given to me by another member. Instead of handling the matter professionally or discussing it in good faith, "Miguel" imposed a permanent ban and stated he would not correspond further. The lack of flexibility, unwillingness to review context, and overall tone from management was disappointing for a business that markets itself as a community-oriented wellness space. Potential members should carefully review all policies and be aware that enforcement may be strict and final regardless of circumstances.
