If you're debating on whether or not to try this place out, stop reading the reviews and just book yourself a session. But, also, let me tell you... I've been to multiple massage venues in my life and consider myself somewhat of a massage connoisseur. Massage Botanica is probably the BEST place I've ever been to. The therapists truly listen to your concerns and tailor each session to your needs and wants to ensure that you get the most out of it. They will customize anything and pretty much everything for you - the music, the temperature, the aromatherapy, the pressure. The best part is that they don't try to up-sell you with add-ons like a lot of other places. You basically pay for the time of a blissful 30-90 min vacation. I also LOVE that there is one luxurious treatment room. I'm very sensitive to other people's energies, and so knowing/hearing/feeling that there aren't people in a room next door really helps me to relax. I love that I can come in and have the place all to myself. Thank you, Massage Botanica! Never leave me! And remember people, tip your therapists!! xoxoxo read more

Botanica Holistic - His gorgeous set up! - Massage Near Me

Hands down (and hands on) the best massage experience I have ever had. I was given an early Christmas gift of a massage with Charles, and WOW! 1) Atmosphere upon entering and in the massage room, 10/10: Charles greeted me personally. In a few short minutes he heard what my main ailments were and I felt his aura of warmth, confidence and care. The massage table had fine unbleached cotton linens and a heating pad for added warmth. The room was calm and I had no trouble relaxing. 2) The massage 10/10: As the name implies plants are part of the experience, covering the walls and in the essential oil choices. Warm towels were used in tight muscle spots like the neck. These touches elevate what Charles does, which is intuitively and knowledgeably assess and target the muscles and joints, meticulously unwinding with great care every single bothersome knot. Massage botanical and Charles have created an oasis to easily abandon any stresses and enjoy a memorable health treatment in a spa setting. 3) The test of a good massage is the result, and again 10/10: I had a deep massage from Charles and yet felt no after pain as I have from other massages. I walked better after my massage and am still walking better two days later. I have a better range of motion. I am happier. I even noticed a little dance kick to my step this morning. Thank you Charles and botanical! My massage experience was everything I could ever hope it to be. read more

Easily the best massage I have received in LA. Tucked onto a quiet street in WeHo, Massage Botanica is truly an urban oasis. They accept walk ins, but appointments are recommended and can be made online. Their website is easy to navigate, and I love that they accept payment in advance via credit card (bring cash for gratuity though!) I arrived to the studio disheveled for my 1 hour appointment ($90) after a long stressful day, and felt immediately relaxed moments after stepping inside. Charles is a genuinely kind person and incredibly skilled masseuse. I suffer from back pain due to working long hours on a computer, and he knew exactly how to help. We quickly discussed my problem areas, and then I got comfortable in the beautiful massage room. The space is minimalist luxury, with abundant green plants and soft cozy linens atop a heated bed. I get massages frequently, and almost EVERY time, the masseuse makes some type of comment about my tattoos, which makes me feel uncomfortable. Charles said nothing regarding them, and I am so grateful for this level of respectful professionalism. The massage was the perfect balance of thorough, productive body work and relaxing Swedish techniques, combined with a thoughtful inclusion of aromatherapy and essential oils. Following the massage, I was provided with water and delicious treats to enjoy in the tranquil front room. I look forward to returning. read more

Kiel is a great massage therapist! He is very friendly and professional. He asked me question about what my needs were and payed attention to the muscles that needed work. I felt relaxed and a lot less tense after the work he did. The aroma therapy was also quite a nice touch. The location is very nice, clean, and has a tranquil atmosphere. Is there magic in his hands? Probably. 1st let me say that Charles personality and emotional intelligence put me at ease and calm me before we even get down to business. I hate to use the word "vibe" but that's really what it comes down to. Calm, relatable, thoughtful and most of all, relaxing. He listens to what you have to say about what you are feeling and what you are dealing with. He takes this information about you and your body and really hears what you are saying. Then he organically processes it and the real hands on healing begins. I have had about 100 massages now in my life and I can say that Charles is hands down (see what I did there) one of the best. I have visited him at this new place of business and he has also done an in home that left me revitalized, calm, and very very soothed. In todays world we could use more people like Charles and the healing helping powers that he possess. You should book with him ASAP. As long as I still can see him. :) read more

Massage Botanica is not far from my home, so I gave it a try to see if it could help with some chronic pain and general stress. I have now had 2 60 minute massages with Ryan and they have both been excellent. Ryan was able to take some extra time on the spots that really needed it, and still give me a complete massage that was very relaxing. I definitely recommend Massage Botanica and Ryan. read more

On a whim I needed some pre holiday flying decompression and I googled 'best massage near me'. Massage Botanica came up and went to the site, inquired about availability and Charles called me within minutes. His helpful and patient demeanor was perfect and I booked the next available spot that day. In arrival he took time to ask me questions and learn more about my needs. The space is so simple yet so serene with all the greenery. My 60 min massage was divine, the varied essential oils used throughout were a nice touch along with the invitation to stay and relax in the space after. Definitely putting this place on repeat atleast once a month. read more

I've been going to see Charles almost every week for nearly a month now. I'm so thrilled to find him as he's literally 5 mins walk from my work. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and not many masseuse will go deep. My neck and shoulders kill me from work, lower back from pregnancy and Charles work wonders. I do tend to fall asleep during the sessions too as the aromatherapy he uses puts me into total relaxation. Highly recommend! read more

When I get a massage I'm looking to get work done, not relax, that's very important because nothing's worse than not being able to enjoy that work being done because you're too in your head due to a subpar masseuse. A truly divine masseuse has a god given gift and ability that's unmatched and impossible to teach. I don't get massages at dingy massage parlors and really stick to full spa environments so I'm always skeptical going to smaller studios, however, Massage Botanica accomplishes that peaceful, wonderful ambiance you typically only get from expensive spas. I'm always skeptical about trusting peoples reviews so if you are similar just trust me - best massage ever and more. The most thought out process with pleasant surprises and little touches that have me obsessed with everything Massage Botanica for days later! Book now! read more

I carry so much stress in my shoulders and searching for a place...I came across reviews for here. Everyone was so spot on...Charles is amazing! An amazing gem in West Hollywood! From the moment we walked in Charles greeted us with such warmth! I brought my bf to get a massage and I waited. Even the waiting room experience was top notch. Before Charles started the massage he made sure I was set up with some water and tea. He even brought a little plate of snacks! After the massage was done my bf couldn't stop raving about his massage! This is THE spot to go to if you're in West Hollywood. And if you're not, it's most definitely worth the drive! read more

Tried Massage Botanica on a whim because it is so close to my house and it was possibly one of the best massages I have ever gotten and I get massages pretty regularly. Firstly, I chose this place because it is right around the corner from my apartment and the reviews were good. Charles did my massage and man oh man was it incredible. He was so kind, warm and welcoming when I arrived. The shop itself was serene and beautiful with plants around the whole place. Charles sat and spoke with me before the massage began and asked about any current or past problem or concerns. He made me feel immediately very comfortable. He checked up on me throughout the massage to make sure everything was going okay. But he did it very quietly and calm so I could stay relaxed. His process was unlike any other massage I've had in the past - this was better. I had a really sore neck before entering and upon leaving I felt incredible. Note: you cannot tip on your card, as it automatically reduces the price when you book online. You can tip with cash or Venmo. I definitely recommend and am 100% going back soon! read more
