Hate how the worker placed the chicken IN the spaghetti and how half the menu is practically gone now. Jollibee is a staple in filipino culture and I love eating here. read more

I love Jollibee!! This location is particularly clean and service is excellent. Most recently, I ordered Spaghetti Joy, a pineapple cooler, and a peach mango pie. They all hit the spot!! read more

First time trying out joliebee In America. They had great service, I spoke Tagalog to the employees since my English hasn't been fluent yet. Im thankful that they were able to understand me. I ordered a spaghetti and fried chicken with the pineapple. I love the spaghetti it taste so good just like in the Philippines. read more

Great fried chicken and great overall service. Those may be my favorite chicken spot ever. pineapple quencher is a go to drink if you are looking for something refreshing and sweet. The establishment is rather clean and has a nice chill vibe. read more

I always get the same order, but I came home to find that I was missing a side of rice and that i was overcharged from what I ordered on my receipt. Can't go back cause the bus takes too long to get there. I'm quite disappointed with my order today :( read more

What the fuck. Why is this always happening? i'm done giving Jollibee my money. HAIR in my adobo rice and THE CHICKEN is still red. DO YOU NOT COOK THE FOOD ALL THE WAY? this is disgusting. your trying to get people sick. I talked to the manager and showed him my RED chicken and he said it's "NORMAL" to look like that cause it's "juicy". i honestly feel so sick to my stomach. our chicken was slimy inside too. don't even waste your time here. he kept defending the chicken but couldnt explain the hair in the rice. it's COVID. i'd expect them to be taking EXTRA precautions. Apparaently they only cook it for 17 mins. we've cooked chicken at our house a lot and it's never red or slimy like that. They need to do BETTER here. read more

I have never in my life left a yelp review but today is the day. As I'm sitting here typing this, I feel nothing but extreme dissatisfaction and disappointed. I've been craving Jollibee for the longest time and finally made to one. Ordered a 2 piece and let me tell you, this 2 piece was nothing but chicken skin and bone. There's was little to no meat on the chicken and it really ruined my Jollibee experience. I would say the spaghetti was lovely so at least that didn't completely ruin my Jollibee experience. Nonetheless, I doubt I'll be coming back to this location ever again. read more

I actually wasn't sure what to expect with this place but I've heard good things from friends and YouTube. Do, I figured since we don't have one where I live I went to the one in Vallejo. The location isn't bad and in a shopping center. The place was pretty packed and I was pretty excited about trying it out lol. I ordered chicken, fries, the spaghetti ( it was highly recommend), the mango pineapple pies, this noodle stuff with sauce and an egg, and the pineapple drinks. It was kind of a long wait, but we'll worth it. The food wasn't top notch but actually really good! I really loved the pies and pineapple drinks! The chicken wasn't bad at all and tasted amazing with the gravy too. I've never had spaghetti with hot dog slices in it and it was not bad but not my favorite. The Philippino noodle thing was okay but I think they forgot to give me lemon and some sauce because people say you need that to make it taste better. Over all it wasn't bad but not the best. I'd go again and try the breakfast, pies, and pineapple juice!! read more

I hate this Jollibee. I know hate is a strong word, but it's true. I've only ever had their chicken, rice, and pineapple juice. But I mean the chicken is what's important is it not? What I don't understand is how they can make their chicken taste so bad when they're a franchise. Shouldn't the chicken at all Jollibee locations taste the same? Well they don't. At this Jollibee, the chicken is slimy on the inside. I've cooked fried chicken many times and not once has there been actual goopy slime in my chicken. So tell me how the heck it gets into theirs! Also, there's a very strong bitter after taste. I don't know if its the chicken or the gravy, but the aftertaste is there and it's gross. And that same aftertaste is in the pineapple juice too! Like what??? Long story short, not all Jollibees are created equal, and this one is crap. read more

On August 12th I was a customer and I witnessed an employee pin something on another employee which I believe was not right and I know i was not mistaken by this incident. What happened was, I believe her name was Erin she entered a receipt order when another employee I think Mariana, said she did not punch it in yet. Now i saw the customer before me give Mariana the $20 bill but erin entered it in. The total was $15.15 and Mariana was not able to give the customer their change and just kept put the $20 in the register because erin entered it in before she got the chance to put the amount in. I just feel like this isn't right and is wrong towards Mariana she was so nice and helpful towards me when she took my order and it was also my first time too, so I decided to make a small complaint and I feel that management should be aware about this read more

It's a Jollibee! While not a huge fan of the food here (although the chicken is not bad), I absolutely enjoy their Halo-Halo. Came here with my mom after stopping by Seafood City and came here for a nice treat. Staff was friendly and although I will say the tables weren't the cleanish it wasn't the worst I've seen for an extremely busy fast food joint. Overall, if you've been to a Jollibee before this won't blow your mind, but it has some solid Halo-Halo! read more

Jollibee - Halo-Halo here is surprisingly good! - Fast Food Near Me - Vallejo, California

That Filipino comfort fast food! Me personally, I can never go wrong with this place, lol. My go-to is definitely the Chicken Joy & rice with the side of gravy. This fried chicken can compete with any other fast food fried chicken IMO! It has just the right blend of flavor, crispiness, and grease, lol! Definitely not something you should eat too often, but is definitely something you'll enjoy every time you do eat it. The other highlights on the menu for me are the spaghetti and fiesta noodles. You can never go wrong with the mango pie for dessert as well! Lol. The burger steak and rice combo is intriguing, but I've yet to try it. It's really hard for me to steer away from the chicken joy, lol! That's it for now, looking forward to the next time I have this amazing fried chicken! read more

I definitely wouldn't come back for their chicken. When biting into the chicken it was slimy, did NOT care for it at all. I don't know what kind of oil they use for the chicken but yea it's a no for me. The mash potatoes hurt my stomach as well as my daughter stomach. Their chicken gravy was very interesting but good. Wasted $30 on chicken & mashed potatoes no one ate seconds or even firsts of. Their fires were alright as well. read more

I ordered 6 pcs. of chicken wth 3 pcs spicy and 3 regular. They gave us all spicy. You have to ask for the spoon to have one.

I love this location! Service has changed dramatically. I went on a Wednesday afternoon, but it was really busy. I go to the ones in Daly City more and enjoy their space and service. The only thing that this location lacks is space. However, I'm really into not wasting time and service. Their team works well together to get food out fast. Once you're done paying your food is out (spaghetti or chicken joy items). I ordered the chicken sandwich, which wasn't too bad, though it took longer to bring out than the other food. Someone brought it out to me. The food consistently tastes the same, so no complaints there. I cant wait to go back. And don't forget one...or two...MANGO PIES! read more

No chicken? Really? Jollibee has no chicken? OMG. I went to Jollibee because I was craving some chicken. I waited about 10 minutes in line, and then it was my time to order, and I just found out that I had to wait TWENTY MINUTES for some chicken? I thought that all those people that were in front of me were ordering, but they were waiting for some chicken! This is an absolute no go. THEN! I went back one day to give it another try. I wanted their pineapple drink. I liked that. Then what happened? They had no pineapple drink? OMG. That is so pathetic. If you go here, just know that you will be wasting your time. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS, I WOULD! Honest review! -Poison Ivy read more

I've read the reviews and I'm just amazed how this place got royally slammed. Anyway I walked in, placed my order and got my food. And yes, the cashier and a coworker actually tag teamed and prepared my order and used tongs to grab the unwrapped food not with their bare hands. My 2-piece Chicken Joy Meal (Fried Chicken) with steamed rice was good! At 4.95 with self-serve soda, I thought it was a pretty good deal. As I looked around, I noticed that this place was small but clean and well kept. Besides fried chicken, they served traditional Filipino breakfast combos, other combos, and tapioca beverages. I'd like to post a question. When was the last time you've ever been to a fast food joint, where you paid and got your food in an acceptable timely manner, then later checked up on by the server who processed your order to see how everything was going? I scratched my head. My answer was "never" until I had lunch here. I guess I was pretty fortunate with my experience here or there's a workplace cultural evolution in the making. My final score card 3-stars and an additional well-deserved star for Michael L. for excellent service! I'll be back... read more

Stopped by this Jollibee because we were buying some stuff at the stores nearby. All I wanted on this day was peach mango pies. The pies are made the way that McDonalds used to make their apple pies years ago. Fried not baked. Just be careful when you bite into them cause the filling is hot. The two people working the counter at the time were super friendly. The dining area was spotless. No complaints from my experience here. I would return again if I were in the area. read more

Can't go wrong with this classic, minus a star for not including utensils. You got utensil? We're looking at a 5 star establishment baby!

OK, first off, this place is really expensive. Like I don't know what they put in Filipino Fried Chicken, but it's not worth $2.99 for 1 stingy little piece. Heck, Popeye's with their attitude doesn't charge that much, and they are much much much better! First off, I was freaked out by the pretty cashier who had these creepy blue eyes.... I just kept staring. I know it was rude of me, but it was like I was hypnotized. I ordered the breakfast with the Tocino. Loved the Tocino, but it's kind of hard to mess up, if you know what I mean. The rest of meal was boring. The garlic rice was a little on the gooey side and the scrambled egg was a patty of egg left over from the 1970's space project. Gross. read more

So disappointed with this location.. First of, the store is too small, the line is close to the door which is difficult to go in and out.. I ordered Burger steak 2 piece with pineapple juice.. The pineapple was fresh and tasty but i was do disappointed with the Burger Steak.. The rice was like half a cup only, the 2 burger steaks were so thin, flat , so far different from other jollibee steaks... I even finished it in just few mins.. So disappointing and disgusting.. And their slogan of the Burger Steak ads was "so beefy more beefy and saucy... Fake ads.. And their ketchup? Funny it wasn't even their own like the traditional Jollibee statement.. Id settle for Mcdonalds In n Our The Habit , Red Robin, the American Burger Fast Food, You get what you pay for.. The funny part, before we left, I saw one gal came back with her 5 Burger Steak, returning those with the same reason... LoL Never coming back ... read more

Not bad! My bf brought us here after overhearing someone bring it up at his barbershop lol seeing the 3 star reviews kind of made me hesitant but I'd honestly say it was better than the kfc and Popeyes we have ‍ we had a little bit of this and that, we had a chicken sandwich, fries, a bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes, and a burger. Everything but the burger (which was just a little plain for us) was delicious the chicken was not too greasy nice and crispy and tender would definitely come back. read more

Appalling service! I ordered lunch to be delivered to my clients today and they forgot part of the order. I called and was given the run around by the girl who answered the phone so asked for the manager, Alex. He said I could come pick it up or the client could, as they are busy being short staffed and a holiday. I explained that I am not nearby and the client is unable to come pick it up. He would not accept fault. He said he would give me a credit for the item but wouldn't say how much but would not refund the delivery charges so I could reorder that part. We went round and round and he also said I was undermining his intelligence and demanded my title, company name, and phone number??? Now, whose fault is it when a restaurant leaves something out? I ordered on line from their site trusting they would handle it like professionals. Unfortunately I was sadly mistaken and will take my business elsewhere, as will the client. read more

We ordered Door dash one hour earlier since we had a large order. This is from experience. Nonetheless, the rude staff still managed to screw things up. They are so inefficient. I almost always have a wonderful dining experience when I visit this Jollibee location. In fact, last time I dined here they gave me two large pieces of chicken with my meal! Despite the good food, there is usually a long wait and hardly any open tables. It's best to just order your food and go, unless you're willing to wait. The service here is also unimpressive, but they haven't messed up on my orders (which is all that matters). read more

Fries were old and cold, cheese wasn't even melted on my burger and the patty looked old and tasted old. The lady at the register named Helen on the receipt didn't greet me, even when I said "hi" or say thank you when I picked up my meal, but did to the lady behind me who ordered. If I could, I'd regurgitate the food like Stitch and ask for my money back. I'd rather get hooked on meth than come back here. Update: her name was Ezel, not Helen. read more

The food was good. Chicken was crispy. The employees wore facemasks but they did not have any gloves on while handling the food. I was there for 20mins & I didn't see anyone wash their hands or use hand sanitizer after handling cash or preparing orders. One employee kept touching her hair. And after she did that she'd prepare customers orders. That's not cool at all. I like Jollibee but during this pandemic management & the employees need to do better & consider the public's safety. read more

Jollibee fried chicken is EVERYTHING! Skin is super crispy... chicken is super moist... and doused in that gravy? Good lawd, I'm drooling right now LOL. Americanized Filipino Food... sure. It's very good to eat here especially when you're in for their chicken, corn, rice, and mashed potatoes + gravy! Most times I cannot finish my food even though the portion is small it's very fulfilling. Usually this place is pretty good with friendly staff and quick to deliver their food to customers even on a busy day. Due to today's crisis of COVID 19 I would have expected them to be on top of keeping their restaurant cleaner than usual. I didn't expect to drink their mango pineapple quencher to find a dead fly burried under all the ice. I enjoy coming here because of the delicious pineapple juice. Chicken is always juicy. I wanted to order 1 piece of chicken today as a snack but cashier said it'd be 20-30mins for 1 piece of chicken. I changed my mind to the sweet spaghetti, equally as yum but the review didn't get 5 stars due to it supposedly being 30mins for 1 chicken. My friend ended up getting her chicken a few mins after my order so I guess the cashier just wanted to put off customers from ordering any more. read more

I was happy to hear that they were reopening Jollibee in Vallejo! Of course the Jollibee's here dont taste as good as the ones in the Philippines, but I'm still happy its here! I usually either get the spaghetti, I'm disappointed that they dont serve a meal with fries anymore and I have to buy it separate! Or I get the tocino breakfast meal. I'm glad they started serving breakfast all day! Also who can resist a peach mango pie? The thing I DONT like the most is how long you have to wait for your order! Its like a huge waiting game when you're here. And they should bring back the mini combo's from last summer! read more
