First time customer here! The shop was clean and roomy, there was a lot of space to wait in line but we didn't have to wait long at all! It smelled delicious! I loved the mashed potatoes!! They were from real potatoes and the gravy was so good and light on the pepper, PERFECT! The chicken was crispy and moist, perfect and not greasy!! I tried some of the burger it was very light and tender and different from other burgers! It wasn't my favorite but it was pretty darn tasty! Oh my gosh and the peach mango pie!!!! INSTANT FAVORITE!! So warm so tasty I wish I got more than one!! Ohoh and the pineapple juice was soso goood!!! It's a perfect compliment to the food there, I'm only sad I couldn't get a bigger size of that juice. Only down side was I only got 2 napkins for all the food my group got but they did get abit busy so mistakes happen! No biggie they gave my more after I waited to ask. It's a bit hidden away, you can find it behind the Walmart in a little grocery store, which is actually worth checking out as well. The workers are polite and I've only had a few items so far but they were worth it. The mashed potatoes and gravy are great, I like the fried chicken to most from here and I thought the corn was pretty good too. Typically after I order the first thing I do is head to the restroom to wash my hands, since you know, if you've ever been to a strip club or remember those 80's Sunny Delight commercials, money tends to be filthy. It may have been bad timing on my end, but the restrooms were locked so I decided not to dine in. My order was done fairly quick as well, by the time I got my fountain drink the buzzer thing was going off. I will also complain the the seats are worse than sitting on bus stop benches, especially since they're designed for people who likely have their feet dangle when they sit on a toilet. I'm too tall for the dining experience ride here, but the food is great. I plan on trying a few more items on the menu, and all the workers are very polite so I shall return. read more

I've only had Jollibee when a coworker volunteers to be our savior by picking up lunch for us. I am not familiar with Filipino food and whether it contains crack, but the spaghetti is something I dream about and I instantly start drooling when Jollibee is mentioned. read more

The chicken is Juicy but quite oily. The spaghetti has a hint of sweetness to it, but it lacks depth of flavor. The gravy is tasty but a bit too bland for my taste. Lastly don't ever get the buttered corn, it's just a bunch of cheap corn doused with a load of cheap butter. read more

The place was pretty slow but understandable since there were tons of people eating there. Their fried chicken looks good! Anyways it took quite a while for us to get our order of halo halo. BEWARE OF RAW CHICKEN! I'm a big fan of fried chicken especially Jollibee because of its chicken amongst other things that are flavorful and juicy. Well I think & hopefully it's just in this location that they served undercooked chicken!!! Disgusting! It is still pink inside even though it looks perfectly crispy on the outside. I gave the store a chance, maybe the chef has a bad day, so I went there 3x but it seems to be a recurring patterns. We had the three pieces chicken combo and the Palabok which is boiled rice noodle with sauce on it and two slice of hard boiled egg and a little popcorn size shrimp. When I crave fried chicken, I go here. It's probably because I've been going to Jollibees my whole life though. Regardless, I've tried other fried chicken places like KFC, Churches, and Popeye but I just always end up wanting Jollibee's chickenjoy. You can order the chickenjoy with either rice, corn, or mashed potatoes. Each order comes with gravy which I love. I usually don't like gravy at all, but Jollibee's gravy is just right for me. While I might love the chicken joy, I do think that they have some off days where their chicken can be a little too greasy (given fried chicken is greasy anyway). If you're not in the mood for fried chicken, you can try other things like their spaghetti. It's not like traditional spaghetti with big meatballs or anything like that. There's some ground beef and hot dogs in the marinara sauce which is more sweet and tangy than a traditional marinara sauce. If you still don't want that, you can try other things like their burger steak (served with rice, gravy, and mushrooms), their yumburgers (cheeseburgers, hamburgers, or the aloha which has bacon and pineapple in it), palabok (Filipino noodles), or their hot dogs. I personally really like eating here for fast food but it might not be everyone's thing. Give it a shot though and you might end up liking it! read more

The Chicken Joy is so C-R-U-N-C-H-Y- on the outside and J-U-I-C-Y on the inside!! I just discovered this place and so far, so good! Great mashed potatoes & gravy too!! They messed up the order twice by giving us palabok instead of spaghetti and then they almost short changed us. So I placed an order at around 10:50am for a party tray of spaghetti. I asked that it be ready by 11:30am & was told not a problem. I got there & stood in line for about 10min. My son wanted to order some tenders so when I got to the cashier I placed his order & told them I was picking up my spaghetti. A few min pass & I'm watching everyone before me grab my orders. Cool....then a few more minutes pass & now all the people behind me start getting their orders...hhhmmmm finally I asked the guy about my stuff. He told me oh we are just waiting for your tenders. I see them put my food on my order tray, but there is no spaghetti in sight. Mind you they are just filling peoples orders & a bunch of them included spaghetti so obviously there was no shortage...or there was & they started to use the spaghetti that was set aside for me. I'm starting to get a little frustrated when a manger comes by & I tell him what's going on. I'd been standing there for 25 min waiting on an order that should've been ready to go the moment I walked in. They complimented me 2 peach mango pies but after all was said & done my son's tenders were already cold & I was 30 min behind schedule. I'm not from the area, but next time I'm here I'll drive the extra miles to get to the Anaheim location. They are getting 3 stars just for the flavor of the spaghetti. I checked this place out because I had normally only seen it in northern California before. It's located inside the Seafood City. It is entirely separated from the main supermarket by a glass wall and even has internal restrooms. The food came out at a medium speed from my observation. They have pagers that will vibrate when one's food is done. They have nice and comfortable booths one can sit at. Not like those really hard plastic chairs at McDonald's. What I like about this place is that the food is served on wax paper containers as opposed to plastic. read more

Their fried chicken is really good. It's actually our favorite. But this location is slow as nails. I called in for a pick up and when they asked me what time I'd get there I said 15-20 minutes. They confirmed and said ok. When I got there I still had to wait another 20 minutes as did anyone just walking in. This isn't the first time this happened either. All employees here are nice and polite except the two girls in the morning shift. One is Filipina, I just ignore her, I don't care if she's not friendly. She messes up the order every once in a while. I'm like, yeah whatever. But there is one who has been nasty ever since. Her name is Sarai A. She has always been rude to customers. I order from this branch several days a week. Sarai is assigned in the morning - always rude and nasty. Today, she was over the top being rude. She usually makes incorrect orders. What I do is just tell them, I got the wrong food then they replace it and I'm fine. I just move on. Today, this Sarai girl took my order again, she charged me twice. I told her it's incorrect so please remove the other one I did not order. She gave me a bad look, did not say anything then walked away. She was moving around the store front, ignoring what I said. So I repeated what I said (I thought she did not hear me). Then she replied in irritated voice "I'm gonna change it!" and gave me a nasty look. I was shocked! I know she is rude and kinda getting used to it. But today she was extra nasty. Looks like she hates that job. She never smiled (I don't care actually). But when she yelled at me this morning, in irritated tone, man I can't let this slide this time! This nasty girl needs to get fired! Like seriously! Why would you treat your nice customer like that? I went to the manager later today but I was told I should talk to the morning manager but also directed me to this site, so now I am writing my experience today. This is no different from my every morning visit, just worse today. This girl needs to learn a lesson. You should ask other people around her, so many other customers complain about her. Even her coworker and Seafood City employees say she always has enemies because of her attitude. I can't believe this girl still has a job! By the way, when I got my order, it was a wrong one. Jollibee is great when I'm missing home cooked Filipino meals, however, this is probably the worst Jollibee I've been to in regards to customer service. This one instance, this girl employee was talking to her coworker in Tagalog as if I couldn't understand they were taking about me -- newsflash: I'm half Filipino. Very unprofessional and doesn't live up to what Jollibee franchise is known for.
