It had been years since I'd had Jollibee, but I was excited to try it again. I had recently seen they had KBBQ fried chicken options that looked appetizing The line stretched (overflowed) outside of the to-go boundaries and that was because it was fairly busy, but also because the design for their to-go area wasn't overly thought out It was initially difficult to hear anyone in the other end of the speaker. They person at the window was not very pleasant an would ignore me at times The food is good. It's always been good. It's not good for you with loads of fried and starchy options, but it's tasty. The KBBQ chicken is no exception. It's not the best I've ever had, but I was impressed by the glaze, the crunch, the flavor, and the overall appearance of it. The quality of the food wasn't the issue... The way the to-go comes out looks all tidy and together in multiple containers. We should have pulled off and checked the contents, but we were missing several items/they had messed up a few separate parts of our order, charged us for them, the were missing multiplied items and we didn't realize until we got it home I've had good experiences with Jollibee and even this location, so, maybe this was a one-off, but it left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be coming back any time soon Some tips: While I did to-go, you can also dine in and have your meal. Also, the KBBQ chicken is a collab with girl-group KATSEYE, and if you haven't heard their music it's pretty catchy Cheers!!

We had spaghetti, original chicken and the KBBQ chicken. The KBBQ chicken looked really good, but unfortunately the sauce did not meet the expectation. It was only spicy and lacking other flavors.

Jollibee: 5 Stars! Wow, Jollibee really impressed me, 5 out of 5 stars from someone who usually sticks to burger joints! For a fast food place, it exceeded my expectations big time. As soon as I stepped inside, I was struck by how bright, clean and nice it was. It's so much better than the usual fast food experience, it's a place to enjoy a meal not just grab and go. Then came the fries - served in cute little individual bags. I mean, who does that? It's such a small detail but it made the experience feel a bit more special than just a cardboard box. Nice touch! As someone who usually goes to burger joints, I wasn't sure what to expect from Jollibee's main offerings but the real showstopper for me was the Dragonfruit Sunset Quencher. This drink was amazing - vibrant, refreshing and full of flavor. It's one of the best drinks I've had at a fast food place, period. I savored every sip. My only regret and it's a big one is that there's no Jollibee in Minnesota. I found myself wishing I could just pop in for that quencher (and maybe try more of their menu) on a regular basis. It's such a shame this place hasn't come to my state yet! Jollibee isn't just another fast food place, it's vibrant, unique and surprisingly delightful. If you have the chance, go to Jollibee. Just be prepared to wish it was closer to home!

First time at Jollibee in Houston. I was surprised that you have a new variety of burgers and Korean chicken BBQ. I still fell in love with the original Yum Burgers, original chicken, and adobo rice. I love Ube pie dessert, not too sweet. Staff are helpful. It was busy on that y I E because it's lunch time. I like the design of the inside. Great ambiance

I had Jollibee fried chicken and spaghetti on the mind for a while, but kept putting off the long drive just for a quick meal- but the commute is so worth it. Food quality has always been consistent and delicious, but the menu variety varies between different Jollibee restaurants. This location does have Yumburgers (delicious and super nostalgic) and Ube Pies (!!!) on the menu, but no Jolly Hotdogs. Highly recommend the fried chicken paired with rice + gravy or spaghetti; pancit palabok; and both pies (Peach-Mango and Ube). If you're a first timer, know that Filipino spaghetti is meant to be on the sweeter side and tastes very different from classic spaghetti. The sweet and savory combo when you pair it with fried chicken is unparalleled. Service was friendly and efficient; location is spacious and clean. Parking lot is good since it shares a shopping strip with several other restaurants and businesses. There is a solicitor that comes in every now and again but that's not Jollibee's fault, just something to keep in mind if you plan on dining in. I wish there were more locations spread a little more evenly across Houston especially northside, but for now, I'll happily make the long trip down for my jolli-fix. - Ambiance: 4/5 - Food: 5/5 - Service: 5/5

I tried out Jollibee's collab with Katseye by getting their special kbbq chicken sandwich. They dip their chicken breast fillet in a sweet soy glaze that is supposed to have a bold kick of heat. It's topped with cilantro, red onion, and cucumber slices. The chicken itself was actually pretty juicy, but if you want a crispy chicken then this isn't the one for you. The sauce makes it more softer. The flavor itself was really good! Good but not overpowering soy flavor and also a small kick of heat, could probably use more. The veggies inside lowkey remind me of banh mi toppings? But they go together really well and I actually enjoyed this.

Best Filipino fast food restaurant ever! It's not because I'm biased either. If you don't like Jollibee, then you haven't tried their best menu items and you haven't visited with an actual Filipino that will tell you what to get. Always get the fried chicken bucket combo, either spicy or regular, you can't go wrong. It comes with two sides of white rice which you will definitely want for the gravy. You have to dip the chicken in the gravy! The spaghetti is a hit with the kiddos all the time and my husband loves the palabok. I love when the halo halo is in season. I wish they had it all the time. The ube pie and mango pie are good too.

One of many roaches in the store. Told the staff and they brushed me off.

Jollibee will never not hit. I crave it so often it's actually insaneeee. I be dreaming about that chicken skin and gravy. The food is always served fresh and hot. I tried the patties for the first time, and they are soft and flavorful. Very comforting dish. Chicken was crispy of course. Fried to perfection every single time. The spaghetti is a classic - it's sweet. The adobo rice hassss to be eaten with the chicken skin and gravy. It's an essential combo. Great service, comfortable seating, and very spacious.

Jollibee fried chicken always hits! More flavorful than other chicken places and the skin is crispy. I would pass on the pies as they were too sweet and greasy for me but my friends enjoyed it.

Unimpressed. However, I am not a Filipino. It is not very clean and is noisy. My Filipinos in my family get excited about it because it reminds them of home. Overpriced Nothing special to my taste Overcooked crust but redbone Too greasy as is expected with Jollibee My Filipinos loved it but no love from this Texan.

Basic idgaf copy paste response from their customer service team. What a joke

This place has gone downhill since I first came here last year. I picked up an order the other day, 3 piece kbbq with mashed potatoes and biscuits. Chicken was soggy and taste was off but I guess that's not their fault, I wouldn't ever try that again. The mashed potatoes was clumpy dry and tasted like paper, with very little gravy to take away from it. Biscuits were tacky and hard. The service is also super odd with the person at drive through also wanting to rush you out and close the window immediately after they hand it to you. No warm welcome. Youd have to see it to understand. Oftentimes I'll have to awkwardly wait to get their attention after they closed the window so quick for condiments or utensils. Update: Their crap "I don't care" service seems to extend to their customer service rep responding to reviews. See below

First time trying this place. It's located in a shopping center near my physical therapy clinic. Parking was plentiful even though the restaurant seemed to be receiving a steady flow of customers. A friend from the UK sang this chain's praises over there so I got interested. My mother likes fried chicken and I was eager to try the infamous "sweet spaghetti". We ordered a little of everything. The chicken was juicy. The spaghetti was gone in an instant. (I wasn't even able to get a photo before the family inhaled it!) The adobo rice was a bit underwhelming. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I ended up pouring my leftover gravy over it and that helped. For me, the best part of the selection was the palabok fiesta noodles. It had a strong garlic flavor I enjoyed with a hint of seafood flavor (from dried shrimp?) The meal came with a dessert. The style of it reminded me of the type of hand-pies from certain burger chains. I went ahead and heated it up for a few seconds to get the filling warm. I'm glad I did because it turned the pie into a drippy delight! I washed it all down with a guava quencher. It tasted like a fresh-squeezed lemonade mixed with real guava juice. I don't know if that's true but I appreciated the flavor anyway. I would return for their noodle dishes, even making the extended drive to do so. Wish there was one closer to my home.

Ask the Community - Jollibee

For the Houston location, does anyone know if they still make the Spam Sandwiches?

They do not have spam sandwiches at this location. They really should though!

What oil is used to fry the chicken? I have a medical allergy to pork and pork products. Thank you.

From what I've read, they use palm oil.

What is in the Halo Halo?

Jollibee halo halo has Ube ice cream, a chunk of leche flan, sweetened condensed milk and a mix of sugar-infused beans, fruit and jellies under a bed of shaved iced.

My first time at this location. Very impressed…read more The customer service was really great and the food is spectacular! Not only my food came out hot, but you can taste the fresh ingredients. They have a lunch special going on right now that starts at $9.99 which is really worth it. All together (including the free bread for first visit with the app) it was $14. Would definitely recommend!

They offer a daily small Happy Hour, a decent rewards loyalty program for frequent customers and their Sauces!! Which I may add are available for purchase and I might have a few flavors at home.......shout out to the Medium Garlic! They offer parking in both the front & back and a semi shaded small side patio. A few small changes that I have noticed since their opening: they no longer offer lunch portions/specials and sadly the Rainbow Bowls no longer come with turmeric cauliflower Oddly, as many times that I have visited, I am either the only one there or at most, 1 of 3 people max. Hopefully it's just the early afternoon time of day I always seem to stop in because I would really like this place to stick around. And as much as I enjoy a good rewards program, their scanner has never worked once since initially joining so I have to manually input my receipt barcode into the app. Not a big deal but I haven't redeemed any rewards yet either so hopefully that will be a smooth process. And if I may end on a suggestion, Please lower the music by 2 levels. I have to put my noise canceling AirPods in every time because it's just a tad too loud and distracting to hold a convo. Other than that, Welcome to the 'Strose Nando's!
