Finding an aesthetician you trust is one thing, but finding someone who makes you look forward to your appointments is something completely different. From my very first visit, Sophia made me feel comfortable, welcome, and completely at ease. Let's be honest, getting waxed isn't exactly the most glamorous or comfortable experience, but somehow she turns it into an appointment I genuinely enjoy. She has the ability to make even the most intimate and vulnerable appointments feel effortless. She's funny, down-to-earth, and has a way of making you feel like you're catching up with a friend instead of counting down the minutes until your wax is over. Before you know it, you're laughing, chatting, and the appointment is done. She is incredibly talented at what she does. She's thorough, professional, and consistently delivers amazing results. After five years, I've never once questioned whether I should go somewhere else because there's simply no reason to. When you find someone this skilled who also genuinely cares about her clients, you stay loyal. If you're searching for an aesthetician who is not only exceptional at her craft but also one of the most genuine, personable humans you'll ever meet, Sophia is your girl. I can't recommend her enough, and I honestly don't see myself ever going anywhere else. Thank you, Sophia, you've earned a client for life!!!

The space is spotless, the service is lightning-fast, and the owner? A total gem. She made me feel so comfortable, I almost forgot I was getting waxed. Almost. Her personality is just as fabulous as her technique. Highly recommend if you want to feel pampered and leave with zero regrets (and zero stray hairs)!

I called last minute, Rachel was able to see me later that afternoon... Brazilian! Eyebrows! Eyebrow tint! & armpits. Her space is very zen & private. She was so fast, not painful! My husband and I came to Inx Nail Bar for the first time on Sunday without an appointment, and they…read morewere able to take us right away for two pedicures. We both did the basic $40 pedicure (no polish for him, polish for me), and overall it was such a relaxing experience! One thing I will say: give yourself plenty of time. Our pedicures took about an hour and a half, which initially surprised me. But honestly, most of that time we were just relaxing in the massage chairs, which were AMAZING. For $40, I was sitting there thinking, "This is actually a pretty good bargain to just chill here for an hour and a half!" The only time I started getting a little stressed was around the hour mark because we had to pick up our son. But we were walk-ins, they took us immediately, and we were enjoying ourselves, so I really couldn't complain. If you're pressed for time, though, I'd definitely make an appointment and plan accordingly. The reason I'm ultimately giving them five stars is their customer service. Unfortunately, the polish used on my toes seemed like it may have been old or too thick. There were several coats applied, and it never seemed to completely dry. The next morning, I put on black socks and the color from my socks actually transferred onto my toenails. They looked pretty bad. I wasn't able to come back Monday, but I stopped by Tuesday and explained what happened. They were SO gracious about it. Even though their guarantee is normally for gel polish and mine was regular polish, they could clearly see that something had gone wrong and offered to completely redo the polish for me. I really appreciated that because they could have easily told me there was nothing they could do. Instead, they took care of it without making me feel uncomfortable or like I had to argue my case. I even tried to tip the woman who redid them, but I didn't have cash with me. When I offered to put something on my card, she told me, "It's okay, you already paid." That was incredibly sweet. Something that could have left me with a really negative impression actually turned into a very positive experience because of how they handled it. Things happen, what matters to me is how a business responds when they do, and Inx Nail Bar handled it beautifully. Great customer service, relaxing atmosphere, awesome massage chairs, and they stood behind their work. I'll definitely recommend them and would come back! Just make sure you're not in a rush so you can actually sit back and enjoy it.

Tina and the whole Trendsetter team are the best!…read more I've been going to Trendsetter Salon & Day Spa in Highland for almost five years, and I couldn't be happier. Owner Robin and the front desk staff are always super friendly and cheerful. They set such a warm, welcoming tone the second you walk in. Tina has been my stylist the entire time, and I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She's friendly, professional, and a true color expert. I go every 4-5 weeks for root touch-ups, treatments, highlights, and trims as needed, and she never disappoints. Other stylists in the salon frequently ask her opinion on formulas, and she even travels across the country to teach coloring techniques. That's how respected she is. What I love most is how she mentors beauty school students and recent grads. She's incredibly detailed when teaching them. Sometimes they assist her, and if she has them shampoo or do anything independently, she always checks their work and asks me for feedback. She's also constantly making sure I'm comfortable by offering me something to drink or checking if I need anything. Tina really listens so she can make sure you get exactly what you want, and she genuinely cares that you're happy when you leave. My mother was a hairdresser, so I ask a lot of questions, and Tina is always happy to answer them thoroughly. Both of my daughters see her too--one for regular trims and the other for highlights, money pieces, and trims. I've even watched her kindly offer her arm to older clients and walk them over to the shampoo bowls. She's thoughtful like that. If something is outside her specialty, she doesn't try to force it--she'll recommend another stylist in the salon. She's not just out to make a buck; she genuinely wants the best result for you. Highly, highly recommend!
