They still welcome walk-ins but prefer reservations to maintain social distancing. Additionally, each Mani and Pedi station has a plexiglass shield and they make clients skip a seat. The technicians wear a face mask, gloves and face shield. My technician Emmy was super nice and took her time doing my Mani and Pedi. I am extremely pleased with the service here. I highly recommend this salon for the picky client.

Additionally, the lights were so dim that I failed to recognize that my pedicure was messed up which I noticed as I went to exit the building. After recognizing that that the technician did not do her job off exfoliating my skin and my nail polishes looked very caked, I proceeded to tell the owner. unfortunately, after addressing the matter, only some of my toenails were repainted. Therefore, I just gather my things and I left. I will never go back again. And I'm recommending that you don't patronize this place.

The guy starts pealing the old gel polish off my finger nails with his fingers then placed a bowl down in front of me so I can soak off the polish. The solution in the bowl was ICE COLD!!!!!! When he went to paint my nails the polish looked way too thin. I had to request another coat because he was going to leave it like that. Before I left my nails obliviously didn't dry like normal gel nails do. My nails have ripples, bumps, etc. the polish is pealing off, he didn't shape my nails at all. It looks as if an 8 year old attempted to paint my nails. I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE ! FYE . I never leave reviews but I made sure to download this app and leave a review here !

They give much attention to detail and take their time. They do not use plastic in the tubs of which I do prefer but seemed clean enough. It's a pretty basic place, I went in for a pedicure and they just asked did I want a deluxe with the hot stones or regular, so I'm assuming that's all they offered. I chose the deluxe ($58)

There was a 10% off 2 pedicures promotion advertised on their Facebook and when I inquired about it at check out the staff member condescendingly said he knew nothing about it. I then pulled up the advertisement on the salon Facebook page and his only response was "well I don't have Facebook". At this point it was the principle of the matter rather than the discount. Another staff member behind the desk finally convinced him to call the owner and confirm that the promotion was something they were running. He then applied the discount while continuing to grumble and act as if we were a bother. We paid partial cash and he then made a snide remark about making sure I knew to tip off the whole service rather than just the amount I was putting on my card. I never in my 15+ years of getting my nails done have ever been spoken to in that way. I get we all have bad days but his attitude alone ruined our experience.
