From the first time I met her, she made me feel comfortable and as if were friends who went way back! She's helped me improve my skincare routine and as a result my hair pulls up easier, skin is glowing, and I have fewer ingrown hairs than ever before. She uses high quality products, she can have me in and out in as little as 15 mins with a perfect wax (assuming I don't wait too long in between appts. & remember to exfoliate regularly). Love her and absolutely refuse to go to anyone else!

The lady said " I have someone for you she's the best we have for layers . GREAT!!! I drove an hour to get to this location. Checked in. The lady who was assigned to my hair came to the waiting room and got me . Sat in the chair and told her .. even let her know that I had a complex with scissor, happy hairdressers, then proceeded to let her know , I wanted 1 inch off my length an I wanted my layers trimmed. It's taking me a long time YEARS to grow my hair out this long . I'm very upset and discouraged with hair with hairdressers, they all pay go to school to learn all these techniques . I don't wear hair extensions so I can't hide the slaughtering of my hair . I was so looking forward to having my hair cut done correctly and finding that one hairdresser that I can trust to listens and doesn't take it upon themselves to cut years off somebody's head . I don't understand why they cannot listen to the customer wants. Very unfortunate. I will never put my name and suggest this place. Apparently, the "beauty specialists" can't appreciate that some women will go to a store that sells beauty products after a 7 mile run OR when they're feeling not so pretty...it's what the store is THERE FOR! The associates do not care and the managers DO NOT CARE...they will avoid you like the plague. I spend $64 just to get a receipt, take the survey, then return all the crap. I went directly afterwards to Sephora inside JC Penny and was treated LIKE A QUEEN. This store specializes in sub-par customer service and when you ask for help, they will all develop a hearing problem. This location is a black mark on the company and it's culture.
