I was visiting family in Lafayette and needed a new Gel X set. After a quick Google search, I realized there aren't many places in the area that offer Gel X--or do them well. Colors Nail Club stood out immediately with their excellent reviews, and now I see why! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and hilarious staff member (I didn't catch his name, but he was incredibly accommodating to what I needed). The energy in the salon is warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun--everyone seems to be in on the laughter, which makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I was paired with Jessica, who was extremely patient while I decided on a design. We didn't finalize the look until my nails were already applied, and she still nailed it--pun intended. The shop gets busy quickly, and it's clear they have a loyal base of regulars who keep coming back. While I didn't get a pedicure this time, I heard glowing feedback from other clients while I was there. Apparently, their pedicure service is amazing--not only do they pay great attention to the heel, but also the sides of the foot, leaving your feet feeling completely renewed. They try to squeeze walk ins in but they are only getting busier so make sure you call ahead! they have some of the best prices in lafayette!!! the nails always come out stunning and they last so long! i can keep a full set on for an entire month and not lose a nail! the nail techs are always there to joke around and make it a fun time to make sure it's not just an in and out. they truly treat each customer like family. the place is also super clean and they are always doing upgrades!i will always come back! read more

First impression is everything to me! Right when I walked in I was greeted by the owner with smiles. The whole staff and vibe is so friendly. I did not have an appointment and waited a whileeee but no complaints because they were friendly & hard working non stop. I've been coming here for some time now to get my nails and toes done and even told people I knew to check them out. Hardly ever have a bill less than $100. I thought they were good people. But the owner, Danny and some of his employees are horrible. When I come into an establishment for services, I expect to get what I ask/paid for and nothing less. Instead, I get called picky! Picky because they wanna do what they want and not what the customer request and still get paid. There were times, well all the time, I had appointments and still had to wait over 30 minutes and never got an apology from Danny. But I watched him on several occasions apologize to people that didn't look like me for having to wait. First red flag and I should've stopped patronizing then. I went in on Aug 14th for nail and toes services. I specifically asked the guy if he could do what I wanted. He said yes. Half way through, he got aggravated because he clearly was doing a poor job, said he couldn't do what I wanted. Mind you that he's completely 90% of the job but it looked terrible. He started blowing, mumbling under his breath and speaking in "their" language, which was probably about me. Danny and his wife allowed him to behave this way. Through all of this I kept my cool. But I was fuming! He expected me to pay for a service that was poorly performed. I allowed him to finish, paid and left. I decided to call back and speak to Danny about it because I didn't want to cause a seen in front of the other customers. Me again trying to be professional. What did I get met with? Push back and disrespect. The excuse I got was they were ALL sick and didn't feel well and the nail tech said I'm picky!! He told me to come back and get my money and go somewhere else to get my nails done. That was his resolution to an issue as a "business man". What?!?! This is a poor excuse for someone running a business. This is how you treat a loyal, long time customer? Yeah because they don't care. As long as they get your money. Don't let the smiles, jokes and laughs fool you. As soon as you piss them off, they'll show you who they really are. It's not everyone in there but he knows the bad ones he employs and allow them to be rude.. Well, you'll never get another dime of my money and I'll tell everyone I know not to do business with you. I refuse to be disrespected when spending my hard earned dollar. I was taught not to pack up embarrassment and take it home but to address it from the start. That's why I should've gave that conversation what it needed in your face but I figured leaving my HONEST review would do it more justice. They've since blocked me from their Facebook page. The employees here were very friendly and did a great job on my nails. They listened to what I wanted and actually spoke to us and had a conversation. Prices were not bad compared to other nail places I've been to around town. I definitely will be going here from now on. Shop was very comfortable and had a relaxing vibe to it. read more

Loved this place!! I was afraid of not finding a good salon with a good selection of colors in the Lafayette area. I was not disappointed! I get the dipping powder manicure and I usually have a hard time finding a place that does that type of manicure when I'm out of town so I was impressed that they not only had the dipping powder, but a wide variety of colors. I will absolutely not be returning to this nail salon. they were not friendly at all. they did not do a good job on my nails at all. The girl was rushing and didn't complete my cuticles so my nails don't look complete. She didn't make me wash my hands or wipe them before she painted them so she painted over the dust and there are clumps. Some nails looked chipped bc she didn't even polish the whole nail. I have a crooked nail because of the filing. I also went with a friend and we got the same exact thing and I was over charged and when I confronted them about it they had completely different stories and tried having excuses. So honestly they can keep their 10 dollars although it was not worth it. I will not be returning here. and maybe it was just the one worker but overall just not a good experience. read more

Tried this place because of the reviews on yelp - I only had an hour so I asked if they could do my pedicure and manicure at the same time. They said yes and took the color off my nails so now they look horrible and dry. I had to leave at an hour when they finished my pedicure. They asked if I wanted a manicure then and I responded they I asked for one an hour ago at the same time as the pedicure. I am so glad I am the first one! When you come in you notice right away how nice the people are. I got a basic pedicure and it was amazing, the area is really clean, the massage was great. Then I got shellac, easy and fast... there was a little dent at the end and they did not blame me (like all the other salons that never want to fix anything) and they corrected it right away, I believe it was the owner the one that told the girl how to do it. I have been to so many places in Lafayette, everybody is rude or they almost cut off your fingers, not here, there were two other customers, and they seemed to be enjoying it too. I went to this nail shop when they opened & fell in love! The service was always great until recently. I arrived at the shop on Wednesday, November 22nd around 5:45, after school. I wasn't greeted, just looked at, although I said hello. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were busy. I sat patiently where they could see me while they serviced the guests that were there before me. A lady and her daughter walked in at 6:05, & one of the workers immediately went up to them, greeted them, sat them & started working on them. When you walk in you are immediately greeted with friendly faces. The staff is very professional and friendly. The shop is modern and very clean. They offer a large variety of colors, powders, nail types. I've had horrible nail experiences in the past but this place has definitely changed my opinion on having my nails done at a shop. The reason I chose the rating I did is because I wanted to get ombré nails. Unfortunately the nails did not blend properly therefore I had to choose a color to cover it up. The guy that did my nails was very professional and you could tell he takes pride in his work. He took his time trying to get them to blend but they refused. He apologized about the outcome and explained to me why the colors didn't blend properly. That meant a lot to me that he wouldn't allow me to walk out with nails that didn't come out right. Because in the past I have had nail artists refuse to fix my nails for something that was out of my control.
