I was shocked and disappointed because I haven't experienced this is the past from this shop. The shop came recommended by family members and I have been a handful of other times. I'm sharing this now because the shop is closed otherwise I would have gone back today and requested them to be redone. Getting my nailed manicured and painted is usually a treat for me as I just don't have the time to make it a weekly thing.
