Since having to travel to Lafayette County for the past few months, I finally decided to look for a nail salon that I might enjoy returning to during my visits here. I came across Rehab for Nails during a thread search for things to do in Lafayette County on Reddit that was recommend by the locals. Since they don't have many reviews on their yelp page I wanted to write something really quickly and let y'all know that I went to their nail salon without an appointment; it was a walk in and I waited about 15 minutes. During that wait I was seated in a pedicure station and watched TV. The salon is kept and has good Covid practices in place such as washing your hands upon entry to their facility before looking for nail colors. They do a great job where it counts. My nail technician was Kim. For my manicure, Kim walked my shoes over to her station. Overall, I felt that my interaction with the two techs were very pleasant and the customers were also very friendly. I can tell there were a lot of returning customers who have a pretty good relationship with their nail technicians. So if you're visiting and local to the area, then give this place a try. Kim did a great job with my pedi and manicure. To my surprise she shaped my nails the best I have experienced (all even and painted evenly too). I made an appointment days ahead of time for 10:30. I got here at 10:25. They did not start working on me until 11:10. As I do understand short staff and it's busy, I would have much preferred to be be told the truth that it would be longer than expected wait times. Instead they kept telling me, "5 more min", "10 more min" over and over again. 40 min later, they finally got to my pedicure. During the pedicure, my shoe was accidentally spilled on with something blue. I had asked the lady to wipe it before it stained and I'm not sure if she understood me but she waited until she was done with the pedicure. By that time, my shoe was stained. I do understand accidents happen BUT I was actually ridiculed and laughed at when I asked what they were going to do about my shoe. I am in from out of town for my best friend wedding, I only brought 1 pair of sandals. Now I have to go by a new pair, which I had expressed to the lady. For the inconvenience, you would think they cared enough about ruining a customers belonging that they would offer at least something. But when I asked, 4 of the staff members were actually laughing. One lady told me if they take off any money because of the shoes, then they will keep the shoes and I can just go by another pair since I'm so "worried" about it. I don't have another pair of shoes on me, I did not want to walk around town with their thin, flimsy flip flops looking for another pair of shoes. Vicky responded , "well of course. If we pay for the shoes we are keeping them. You want to buy new shoes, so go buy new shoes", while also clearly ridiculing me in a different language and laughing at me. I expressed that her attitude was not necessary and uncalled for. The way this was handled was absolutely unprofessional and extremely condescending. I would NOT recommend this place and I for sure will never come here again. read more

I came here four years ago when I moved into the area. You know how it is when you just pop into different nail salons until you have a Breyer idea of what suits you best, I came to Rehab and only went someplace else twice in the past four years( the two times I went somewhere else I was out of town)! They take appointments and if you are a walk in they are honest about if they are too booked so you aren't sitting there waiting forever. If you're thinking about going here, don't. It is absolutely disgusting and should be shut down because of sanitary reasons. 2 1/2 hours I spent for a pedicure and a manicure. The girl either her name was Kelly or Michelle who did my nails made me feel so uncomfortable because of the way I wanted them shaped and I normally don't have nails so she made me feel uncomfortable because I didn't know exactly what shape it was called to ask for. Then she did gel on my nails and didn't even paint all around the nail, she put so much polish on it, It looks like I'm wearing bubbles and she didn't clean my nails up and left so much junk underneath. And when I asked her to clean them, then she looked at me and asked Clean what? She was totally unfriendly, and it was the absolute worst service ever. She should be fired or not allowed to do nails anymore or she needs to find another job that she's not so unpleasant doing. $100 for this and tip was not worth it. I'm so embarrassed by my nails. They were very busy when I walked in. But they were able to begin soaking off my nails pretty quick. Rose did the best pedicure I have ever had! The massage was amazing!!! Then she did my nails. I had the dip polish. They look great!! And so natural!! I have a deformed nail on one of my thumbs due to a childhood accident. Rose took her time to make it look so perfect! I went in at 3 and there was a lot of staff which is good! The salon is nice but I didn't get much of a friendly atmosphere. The other ladies getting their nails done seemed to be regulars and they were treated well. The woman who did my nails didn't talk to me much but I think it's because she doesn't speak much English. She still managed to make fun of my short nails in front of me to the other women who work there. I got gel nails and the application was uneven with visible dents(I didn't notice until later that day but the gel polish was cured at the salon so it wasn't my fault). My cuticles were also cut too short not once but twice which has never happened to me before. I paid $43 for acrylic nails with gel polish which seemed overpriced for the results I got. read more

Omg of you've never been to Rehab you don't know what you're missing out on!!! They do the best manicures and pedicures. So relaxing and they always offer suggestions on colors and styles. A newly opened nail salon and it's amazing! It is VERY clean and offers you the option of having a box in which the tools are only used on you. In addition they use disposable tub liners in the pedicure tub. The husband wife team I had today were so friendly! Also one of the best pedicures I've ever had!! I will be coming here from now on and would recommend it to everyone!! read more
