Colors Nail Club stood out immediately with their excellent reviews, and now I see why! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and hilarious staff member (I didn't catch his name, but he was incredibly accommodating to what I needed). The energy in the salon is warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun--everyone seems to be in on the laughter, which makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I was paired with Jessica, who was extremely patient while I decided on a design. We didn't finalize the look until my nails were already applied, and she still nailed it--pun intended. The shop gets busy quickly, and it's clear they have a loyal base of regulars who keep coming back. While I didn't get a pedicure this time, I heard glowing feedback from other clients while I was there. 3 of us went to get manicures and 2 pedicures. The pedicure was $40 and was half way done. Very rushed no massage, after filing the bottoms of my feet briefly she just scratched up and down my legs for a bit then put hot towels. She came over and trimmed and filed my hand nails while I was in the pedicure chair then moved me to a manicure chair. The manicure with gel polish was $30. She had me soak my fingers for a couple minutes, she put cuticle oil then cut cuticles off and buffed nails. Had me wash my hands then started polish. No lotion, no massage. I basically paid $30 for her to do a polish job. There were only 2 people there, this was a Saturday morning. It was obvious that they were rushing through all of our services. To top it all off there is TV sound piped throughout the place so we had the pleasure of listening to Swamp People catching snakes the whole time we were there... I was very frustrated and underwhelmed. Everything is very expensive now, doing nails is a luxury for most of us. If the service doesn't seem worth the expense you all will lose business. I suggest you slow down and take some time to provide a peaceful experience and not chaos. And for goodness sake put something relaxing on the TV/speakers!
