When I got home and realized I called and Logan answered. She told me to come in the next morning and she would fix it. We went in at 9AM and as soon as I sat my THE OWNER grabbed siccors and chopped my hair. Even when my mother asked her to stop he responded with "I've been doing hair all her life. I know what I'm doing!" Said this in such a rude way even other coustomers seemed appalled. Needless to say she had no idea what she was doing. She cut about 3' off my hair and it was choppy, uneven, and not at all in a V shape. After I cried a while and left, I paid other hair dresser to patch up her terrible work.
