This is my one-stop place for a haircut in all of Lafayette. Walking into the place, you're greeted genuinely and don't even have to wait. They even offer you a free drink! The interior of the salon is top-notch with sparkling chandeliers and a comfy waiting area. They play a mix of music so the waiting experience isn't so boring. When you get your moment in the seat, they will always ask you what you really want to do with you hair and ask you questions about your previous visits (if any). They're all very sweet and courteous! After cutting your hair, your stylist will give you the most amazing shampoo and head massage. I'd go every day just for that. I gave her a pretty vague explanation of what I wanted because I didn't really know how to describe it. I have cut my hair here a few times before my recent visit. I was satisfied with my previous junior stylists. But last week I went hoping to get a superb hair cut from master stylist Kaycee, I left unsatisfied and remorseful that I wasted $50. She didn't talk to me much, mostly talked with her co-worker in the next booth. She cut my hair in ways no one has ever did to me. She washed, then dried, then cut! Who does that? She thinned out my hair while it was dry which pulled my hair and hurt! She made me stand up so she could cut it straight! The layer she cut was not blended well for a master stylist. She didn't even style my hair! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!! Now I have to get my hair cut again at a different and better salon and pay $70 for the haircut I asked for, and the service I deserve. read more

I was essentially a walk in. I called about 10 minutes before to see if there was a chair open and they took my name and waited on me. Great atmosphere as I walked in. 2 minutes after I sat down, my stylist, Ali, came to get me. She washed and conditioned my hair (average). All I wanted was to cut off the split ends and re-layer and trim my bangs. It took about 30 minutes and she started to style it (which was unexpected). She is wonderful, and when I came back the next time, totally helped me out with my ridiculously hard to cut and style hair. The worst salon I have ever been to and will not be going back. I paid over $100 to have my hair cut and colored. I provided a picture and my hair turned out NOTHING like that picture. The hairdresser did not even seem to care that I was unsatisfied. Horrible experience. read more
