Just got my nails done ! I love them…read more However I had a confusing experience.... I got a new set gel eyebrows with a deluxe pedicure . Which was about 220 after tax and tip. Perfect pricing It wasnt the price that got me but the questioning before my pedicure started . Basically management said that all employees have to express the prices prior to the service . I understand it allows knowledge to the customer but because of the conversation it left me questioning a comfort level. Both services were an amazing minus the machine not working (detox) so for the 100 dollar pedicure. But it was the fact that I observed the other clients and listened in to hear if these same questions happened ... and I was the only client that experienced the discussion of pricing. I paid with no argument and loved everything about the salon but it seems weird that it was just me . They gave me wine and a pillow to extend comfort. But it was still the feeling of why just me . I love my nails and want to go back but I feel uneasy.

As soon as I walked in they wanted to turn me away because apparently the technician "who does natural hair is busy. You have to wait a long time". They then asked me to take my hair out of my clip and allow the free technician to examine my hair and decide if she would take me. The service itself was very thorough. Lillian was my technician, I will say my scalp and ears feel very clean even though I don't feel like the service was very relaxing at all. After my shampoo, they took me to the salon chair and she was completely lost on what to do. I showed her how to use the mousse and she attempted to style my hair but did very poorly. I will say this service was not worth $69, maybe $35. I wish I had not wasted my time.
