The wash included a hot face towel, which was unexpected and awesome, as was the lengthy head massage. If this place was in NOLA it would be my new go to for haircuts. Sat in the chair and told her .. even let her know that I had a complex with scissor, happy hairdressers, then proceeded to let her know , I wanted 1 inch off my length an I wanted my layers trimmed. It's taking me a long time YEARS to grow my hair out this long . I'm very upset and discouraged with hair with hairdressers, they all pay go to school to learn all these techniques . I don't wear hair extensions so I can't hide the slaughtering of my hair . I was so looking forward to having my hair cut done correctly and finding that one hairdresser that I can trust to listens and doesn't take it upon themselves to cut years off somebody's head .
