I usually go for a high pressure massage and am fine but the morning after I was sensitive to the touch and had bruises the next morning. I think the worst part about this experience is that I called to explain why I was unhappy with my massage and they could not care less. It was so disappointing to see how little effort they put into fixing the problem and making sure it would not happen again. I am not even sure I can go back after how I was treated this last time.

Overall, the experience at the facility was fine. But billing was a mess, made me not want to ever…read morego back. I wanted an exact quote up front what I would be charged; they said they couldn't give me one. I kept getting bills after my visits even though I payed my copay for weird things that didn't make since and they couldn't explain properly. Bottom line- I asked to know upfront exactly what I would be changed and for them to call my health insurencd to find out. Apparently they never did, and didn't give me the an estimate which I thought was weird. Other chiropractor places I've been have always given me an upfront amount which they charge so that I know what to expect. After being on the phone with them and my health insurance for hours they told me the extra changes were from my first visit and were assessment charges I told them I never got X-rays and didn't have an assesment I just got aligned. They told me they still changed me because he asked about my history and basically wrote a bunch down. So I got changed an extra $38 for him writing sh*t down on a piece of paper. I won't be going back nor will I ever be recommending them to anyone. They were rude, and even through all that would not take any of the extra changes back.
