I go here for my lashes and I couldn't be happier, I've been a client for about 6 months. Chloe is…read morevery efficient, works quickly and pays attention to every little detail. The prices are good and I can't recommend them enough!! The staff are all very sweet and have great customer service. They are flexible with me and I love love love going here to get my lashes done. So happy to have found a reliable place. My natural lashes are still super healthy and Chloe really makes sure I'm prioritizing my lash health. You will not be disappointed!

If you're considering semi-permanent makeup, I do not recommend this establishment. The owner,…read moreChloe, who also performs the procedures, is unprofessional, rude, and temperamental -- as other reviews have mentioned. I paid $600 for a nanoblading and powder brow combo (an upsell from $550 nano blading), and within 3 weeks, 85% of the color had faded. Chloe then quoted $199 for a touch-up, despite having written $125 on my consent form (which, fortunately, I photographed 3 weeks ago). When I brought this to her attention, she became hostile over the phone, berated my eyebrows, mocked their appearance, frequently interrupted me, and dismissed my concerns. It's absolutely unacceptable to disrespect a paying client this way -- especially when trusting someone with a semi-permanent procedure on your face. Every client deserves to feel confident and cared for after a beauty service, not insulted. It was a deeply unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Additional Context There were several red flags early on -- from a confusing deposit process to upselling services during my appointment. The website asked for $25 deposit to confirm the appointment (which I already paid), then Chloe texted me about paying $100 deposit to confirm my appointment, which was confusing. When I arrived for my nanoblading appointment on April 12, (quoted at $550+ on the website), Chloe convinced me that I should do powder brows for the gap in my right eyebrow (quoted at 599+, which is an upsell). We discussed how I have combination/oily skin. I was hesitant about adding powder brows for the gap as my research shows that nanoblading is more effective, but I went along with her recommendation as I naively trusted her. She told me on average the fading is 40 - 50%, mine as you see is 85% faded 3 weeks in. During the appointment, Chloe assured me that some clients don't require a touch up, when I mentioned upcoming travel plans (I do not live in Lafayette). She only wants me to come in for an eyebrow wax so she can check on how the eyebrows are healing and do a clean up. I said sure, I can come in earlier than the 4-6 weeks needed for follow up. I hoped I didn't need a touch up as I didn't want to extend my stay in Lafayette or spend the additional $125, bringing the total to $725. Fast forward to May 1st nearing the 3 weeks mark, I sent her pictures of how my eyebrows were healing and mentioned that the gap, which is the MAIN reason why I wanted to do nanoblading in the first place, is very visible and that the powder brow had completely faded. She mentioned that she would generously do a minor touch up for free, but the full touch up would cost $199. I was surprised at the quote as she told me $125 in person. Thankfully, I took a picture of the consent form with the $125 quote. I also asked if she was open to taking $75 for the left eyebrow as she graciously already offered to touch up the right eyebrow gap for free. Chloe called me promptly and started insulting me. She became hostile over the phone, berated my eyebrows, mocked their appearance, and frequently interrupted me. She mentioned that she always said a touch up was essential, which is a lie. She said she doesn't recall the $125, but she will honor it (I wonder if she would have honored it if I didn't have a picture with her handwriting for $125 on the consent form). She told me she has another client coming in and doesn't have time to continue the discussion. That was how the call ended. I texted her that I'm not moving forward with a touch up and she didn't respond. I would not recommend this business to anyone, which is a shame as my sister was interested in her services. Regardless of her day, no paying client deserves this disrespect. I would strongly advise others to seek a reputable, client-focused professional elsewhere.
