Today I walked in for a pedicure and they told me it would be an hour, I said okay and took a seat, after waiting about a half an hour a white woman walked in and said that she wanted a pedicure and was told to go to a chair! There is not a lot of attention to detail and they don't have final touches like paraffin wax or other amenities. They do a herbal spa . On our particular visit there were some annoying teenagers being served and made the experience that much worse. The teenagers were not their fault but they did little to control them. For the price it's a decent spa for the quality it's a lacking. They are very rough with you when it comes to your feet. My wife's French pedicure was crooked and the filing was off. We are very pleasant people however they do not let you know the estimated time of wait. We spent almost 3 hours there.
