I told her I wanted medium pressure initially she gave medium but after she started I told her that I would like a deeper pressure. She applied deeper pressure for period of time And then stopped, I reminded her again that I want a deeper pressure, she applied for about 30 seconds and then reverted back to light pressure. She seemed really distracted. Previously she had covered my eyes with a towel so at one point I took the towel off of my eyes only to see what she was doing because she was just petting my foot as if I was a dog. I watched her for about 30 seconds staring at something off to the left with one hand on my foot And the other hand at her side. I asked her what are you doing watching tv? I used to love this place but my last appointment was one of the worst experiences I've had. I usually go for a high pressure massage and am fine but the morning after I was sensitive to the touch and had bruises the next morning. I think the worst part about this experience is that I called to explain why I was unhappy with my massage and they could not care less. It was so disappointing to see how little effort they put into fixing the problem and making sure it would not happen again. I am not even sure I can go back after how I was treated this last time.
