STAY AWAY!! My experience with Billie has turned into an…read moreabsolute nightmare. I went in for lip filler Feb. 10th. She told me she would like to dissolve my top lip but could put the filler in right after. I only agreed because i wasn't leaving dissolved. Being dissolved is a big deal and something to plan for. After she had squeezed (no dissolving solution) my filler out, she made her "executive" decision to not fill me. I did not have a choice in that moment. I left her chair and paid $550 for the filler that I didn't even get that day! She said to wait at least 5 days and come back to be filled. I left, my lip looked ok due to the swelling. After 48hrs, my top lip was a flat, floppy disaster. I kept positive and waited like she said. Two weeks went by! I was a mess. It took a toll on me bad. I let her know how I was feeling. After that two weeks, I went in. She poked my lip a few times and stopped again. Another "excecutive" decision due to me bleeding! I've been getting my lips done for YEARS and there's no way you don't bleed! I looked in the mirror and said they look the same, she said she BARELY used any and to come back. I had to go thru this again! I was crushed. Two weeks had past and I called to set up a date. She had her receptionist tell me to wait 8 more days! At this point I wanted my money back. Why go in for filler and walk out dissolved! I would've never have voluntarily done that. I asked her to send me their MD's info. She never did. I paid $300 cash and the rest ($250) on my card....yes, I did dispute the charge a few days ago. Whether I win the dispute or not idk. Her word against mine. I have every right to dispute and also, to share my story. I called today to speak to their primary physician ( MD. Jason Landry, I believe) and not to speak with Billie. They hung up on me. Right after I get a text from Billie saying to not call, text or be on their property, they have a lawyer. Accusing me of being aggressive. I may be frustrated, but I have been nothing but patient and respectful thru all of this. It has been a nightmare looking at my lip everyday like this. She took absolute control of my decisions in every way! She dissolved me under the pretense of filling me the SAME DAY, SAME SESSION, otherwise I would never have agreed to walk out dissolved when I walked in to be filled and PAID for it! I haven't been filled since and my lip looks distorted and it doesn't match the fullness of my bottom lip....that's a fact. She may be in her little bubble of bougie clients and colleagues , but in the real world she is extremely unprofessional, rude and loves to play her lawyer card. So beware. Plenty of other med spas. Chose ANY other med spa if you value your sanity. Don't take your chances with her, she will flip on you quick. I'm sure she will reply with some lies, you signed this you signed that (blah blah blah) we used your syringe (huge lie) and sprinkle in some lawyer comment. She ain't nothing to me just like I was nothing to her. Life goes on. Lol, keep trying to drown my REAL review with back to back fake 5 stars! It's so obvious. Gather up your crew, I have support as well. You didn't just effect me, you effected those I was around. They knew and saw my miserable experience pan out...they don't have to be clients to speak up. Allow me to post some recent pics. I left that first day swollen! Yes I did show that I was happy and excited because I was promised beautiful lips in 5 days. That was the most I was willing to be without filler. She talked it up like everything was going to be great and I fell for it. 6wks later and this is what I look like. Distorted! This is Billie's work. She is lying saying she used all my filler. She absolutely did not. No firmness or border on the top, empty, soft pockets, uneven, wrinkled and lumpy. My review really centers on their clinical aesthetician, licensed esthetic educator and massage therapist Abby Picou. I've used this lady a few times at her previous clinic and now at her new practice. The challenge with me and likely with a lot of guys is that there are so many various treatments. The processes are often foreign to many men and their names aren't normally a part of the average guy's everyday lexicon. I say that because I'm not a fussy guy about my looks so, like most men I thought these things were more for the 'pretty boy' types or those who visit hair salons. Not for the barbershop type of guy. And I'm definitely a flannel-shirt-wearing, barbershop type of guy. But I had this sagging area under my chin after I began working out more, and my face had started looking chapped and red all the time. It was just enough to make me curious when my buddy's wife told me about Abby Picou. At this point I've done two or three of the treatments she specializes in, (not many people are trained and certified to do the types of treatments Abby does.). I'm still not "pretty", nor do I want to me, but I look drastically different and younger. I don't go often but when I do, I don't tell anyone and within a week, people begin asking if I've been "working out" or "on vacation" or something. The dermatologist asked what I'd been doing so I guess I got extra points from him too. LOL! Wasn't sure where Abby went and was shy about asking her former practice.
