I find the prices at Delane to be a good deal & I completely trust the owner, Ms. Lee, to take good care of me. This has not always been the case with other nail salons - I have experienced: *frigidly cold foot soaks where I protested, but was told over & over "the water's going to get warmer" (even though the water stayed cold) *long, pointed fingernails jabbing into my feet *pointless use of a pumice stone *general apathy Never again. I finally found an effective nail salon & therefore am now a devoted Delane fan. Keep in mind that there is only one lady (the owner) working in the building at any given time, but she is a ridiculously good multitasker, so there's never a long wait when I go, even when a few people are in there. This is a good thing, since I have never been able to successfully schedule an appointment with Delane Nails...I just walk in & get my service on the spot. I can't stress enough that I am always well taken care of when I go. Keep an eye out on the daily deals sites for specials at her shop. You may save enough to give this gal a good tip & I think she deserves it! read more

I went in for an eyebrow wax and the results were AMAZING. She shaped the brow beautifully. I've had my eyebrows waxed at high end spas and did not get this result. Try it. I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Fast, friendly, courteous. read more

Wonderful first visit! I had a nice, relaxing pedi-mani that looks beautiful. Owner is friendly and knows her craft. Take her advice if given. I didn't have a wait time today. Appointments can be made if necessary. However, I would not mind sitting around in this cute, peaceful shop. This seems to be a place for those of us who like to enjoy a moment. While I was soaking, a young girl walked in for a brow wax. The owner took care of her in a quick few minutes. I bought a gift certificate and look forward to my next visit. read more

Really good pedi! I had limited options in a Sunday, but this would be great any day of the week. Nice long massage and leg scrub, good massage chairs, good service. I wish the OPI polish selection was a bit larger, as I forgot my own polish. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back! read more

I am impressed with the service and the cleanliness of the spa. I am only been there on Sundays and the one woman who works seems to do it by herself. She is very thorough but gentle. I have never had my nails done so terribly! The shellac was all over my fingers, my pedicure was short and sweet and when I requested that she "fix" where it was messed up, she had attitude. My nails are all different lengths. The polish on my toes is on my skin. It's been 2 days and the shellac on my nails is already chipping. I'm not sure if this nail shop is under a new owner based on the prior reviews but I do know that I will NOT be back. read more

I have been to this nail salon 3 times and I've never had a great experience. The 1st time I went there as I was sitting in the chair getting my pedicure done , the biggest mouse ran across the floor. I did not overreact or even let the owner know . I let her finish up and decided I would never go back . It was over 6 months before I had no choice but to go again because she was the only one open at the time I needed . This experience was not bad too bad but since she's the only person working in there she rushed through me to get to the other customers who had been waiting for 1hr 30 minutes . While she was doing my nails I noticed that one was cracking . I made sure to point it out to her and she told me that it would be okay. I trusted her and went home. This was on a Friday evening and I had a wedding to be at that Saturday morning with a 3 hr commute . I wake up Saturday and the nail I told her was cracking had broke in half. I was in excruciating pain . I called and informed who I was and the time restraint I was on . She told me to come in and not worry about it because she would get it fixed . It's around 9:30 am when I get there and as I walk in I almost throw up a little . The place smells like rotton eggs and spoiled milk however I don't make a big deal about it because I was in a rush . As I'm sitting she's trying to clean up and even left me in the shop to empty out her trash from probably the night before . She comes in and doesn't even wash her hands before sitting down . She asked me if I wanted to soak it or just fix it whatever I wanted but for $4. I was not going to pay that because I was there less than 24 hrs prior and I pointed the problem out to her before I left . I'm having a conversation with her and she starts yelling at me . I was still very calm pointing out where the problem lies because it was definitely not about the $4 . Continuing to scream obscenities at me she threatened to call the cops . At that point I told her to because I wanted to explain to them what happened plus I had her on video . Seeing as though I had to be at a wedding I left without speaking to the cops but I WILL be following up on this with the necessary people . That's why you should treat every customer with respect because you never know who they know. read more
