There was a 10% off 2 pedicures promotion advertised on their Facebook and when I inquired about it at check out the staff member condescendingly said he knew nothing about it. I then pulled up the advertisement on the salon Facebook page and his only response was "well I don't have Facebook". At this point it was the principle of the matter rather than the discount. Another staff member behind the desk finally convinced him to call the owner and confirm that the promotion was something they were running. He then applied the discount while continuing to grumble and act as if we were a bother. We paid partial cash and he then made a snide remark about making sure I knew to tip off the whole service rather than just the amount I was putting on my card. I never in my 15+ years of getting my nails done have ever been spoken to in that way. I get we all have bad days but his attitude alone ruined our experience.

Both owners of this nail salon went above and beyond at the last minute to make sure that my mom's Mother's Day pedicure was perfect. They were very personable, funny, and professional. Just got my nails done ! I love them…read more However I had a confusing experience.... I got a new set gel eyebrows with a deluxe pedicure . Which was about 220 after tax and tip. Perfect pricing It wasnt the price that got me but the questioning before my pedicure started . Basically management said that all employees have to express the prices prior to the service . I understand it allows knowledge to the customer but because of the conversation it left me questioning a comfort level. Both services were an amazing minus the machine not working (detox) so for the 100 dollar pedicure. But it was the fact that I observed the other clients and listened in to hear if these same questions happened ... and I was the only client that experienced the discussion of pricing. I paid with no argument and loved everything about the salon but it seems weird that it was just me . They gave me wine and a pillow to extend comfort. But it was still the feeling of why just me . They give much attention to detail and take their time. They do not use plastic in the tubs of which I do prefer but seemed clean enough. It's a pretty basic place, I went in for a pedicure and they just asked did I want a deluxe with the hot stones or regular, so I'm assuming that's all they offered. I chose the deluxe ($58)
